This document is based on the fact that the enterprise has purchased the agent pass application. To activate E-Agent, you need to purchase the agent pass application first. After purchasing, the enterprise can configure and manage the application as an upstream enterprise, and assign an account to its own channel agent. The agent uses the account to log in to the web portal or use the mobile phone to conduct agent business. Enterprises that have not purchased the "E-Agent" application, please contact the customer service hotline of ShareCRM to purchase.

1. E-Agent Overview

3.1 Enable E-Agent

All the settings for enabling the agent connection are set in the CRM of the upstream enterprise, and the users of the agent connection are the downstream agents.

3.1.1 Turn on Partner Switch

1) Opening the E-Agent can be roughly divided into two parts, opening the "Partner" object and the enterprise interconnection application settings, before officially using the Agent Link, you need to turn on the partner switch in the CRM.

3.1.2 Add Docking Enterprise & Docking Person

Upstream manufacturers and downstream agents have two ways to establish a connection: 1) the docking company has not opened a FanShare account; 2) the docking company has opened a FanShare account.
1) Connect with companies that have not opened a FunShare account: the upstream directly adds the partner as a connected company, and the specific operations are as follows:

  • Select the type of docking company as [Partner], you can choose an existing partner in the system as a docking company, or you can create a new partner. The enterprise system that has already established a partnership is automatically grayed out and cannot be selected.
  • When creating a new partner, a partner contact must be established at the same time to successfully establish a connection. You can also create partners and partner contacts in the CRM front desk in advance. (Mobile phone 1 will be used as the contact person to activate the mobile phone number, please ensure that it is filled in correctly). 2) Connect with companies that have opened a FanShare account: share the invitation code upstream with the connected companies, and the specific operations are as follows:

3.2 Permission Settings & Role Assignment

3.2.4 Set Data Range for Visible Objects

The permissions of business objects include five types: personal only, read-only for members of the same company, read-write for members of the same company, public read-only, and public read-write. Specific read-write can be set for a single object used by different downstream enterprises according to actual business needs permission.

3.2.5 Data Sharing Settings

3.3 E-Agent Portal Management
