1. Cash Pay
After receiving the account's order payment, you can create a refund based on the order to write off the order. Currently, the order details on the mobile terminal have preset shortcuts for [Payment] and [Account Pay]
1.1 Offline Payment
Click [Pay Now] to enter the "New Payment" page, and select whether to pay offline or online according to the [Payment Method].
1.2 Online Pay
In the order list, order details, etc., click [Pay Now] to enter the "New Payment" page, and you can select [Payment Method] as the "Online Payment" method. Support WeChat, Alipay payment.
Note: Accounts who need to open online pay:
- Open the mini program hosting, that is, upgrade to an enterprise-specific mini program (reason: WeChat online payment, the restriction is that only the subject of the mini program and WeChat payment are the same, and the online payment can be carried out normally.)
- The upstream management terminal needs to turn on the switch of online payment (path: management background > in-sale transaction rules > payment collection configuration > enable online payment capability)
Online payment is for downstream dealers, while QR code collection is for upstream salesmen. After payment is enabled, both scenarios are supported.
2. Account Pay
2.1 Single Account Deduction
After the brand owner activates the [Customer Account] section, in the order list or details, you can select [Account Payment]. Directly create an account Payment Flow to make payment, and the system will automatically deduct the account balance.
Note: Currently, it is a single-account deduction, and it will be upgraded to multi-account deduction in the future
2.2 Multi-account Batch Deduction
Added [Balance Deduction] button for order payment, you can select the account deduction balance in batches to improve operational efficiency:
