Maintain Salable Range/Price List

1. Enable Price List & Salable Range

Menu Path: [Management] - [CRM Platform Management] - [Business Rule Management] - [Price Management]

1.1 Enable Price List

Find "Price Management" in [CRM] - [CRM Management] - [Business Rule Settings], and click Enable. After enabling it, refresh the page, and the price list and price list product objects will be added. The default CRM administrator and product administrator have management permissions, and they can assign permissions by themselves if necessary.

1.2 Enable Salable Range

After the price list is enabled, switch the tab to enable the range of sales. After enabling it, refresh the page, and objects such as the range of sales, price list, and products available will be added. Administrators can configure the range of sales according to account types and accounts.

2. Price List Maintenance

As explained above, the channel order must activate the price list and the sales range. Therefore, before opening the mall, you need to create a new price list. For specific operations, please refer to the CRM manual (Price List Product Manual).

2.1 Standard Price List

When a price list is enabled, the system defaults to a standard price list. When a new product/goods is added, it will be automatically added to the standard price list. The price of the standard price list comes from the price field of the product/goods file and can be adjusted as needed.

2.2 New Price List

Administrators can create price lists according to requirements, such as creating price lists by account type and level, or creating price lists by a certain account, or creating price lists by other conditions. The system supports multi-dimensional price lists. When creating a new order in CRM, products can be selected based on the price list.

2.3 Price List Priority (Important)

For example, the previous dealer can create multiple price lists, and place orders on behalf of accounts in the crm order, and can choose a price list to place an order. However, in channel ordering, dealers cannot choose the price to place an order, and the system will obtain the price according to the priority of the price list. Therefore, when a customer applies to multiple price lists, it is necessary to set the priority to ensure the correctness of the price when the dealer orders.
Note: For channel ordering, regardless of the configuration of [Price Management] "whether to enforce the best price of price list priority", E-Order must take the price according to the priority, so the priority of the price list must be maintained.

3. Salable Range Maintenance

As explained above, the channel order must activate the price list and the sales range. Therefore, before opening the mall, it is necessary to create a new sales range.

3.1 New Salable Range

A completed salable scope includes salable accounts, salable products and salable list.
a. Salable Accounts: define which accounts can use this salable range
b. Salable Products: Define the sellable and buyable products in this salable range, you can set all, specified products, specified conditions or come from the price list as needed
c. Salable List: Define the price of the product that can be sold. Set prices by associating price lists instead of directly based on SKUs. Supports associating multiple price lists.
Note: When [Applicable Channel Accounts] is set to "No", downstream distributors and accounts cannot use this range of sales. This applies to scenarios where upstream and downstream have different salable ranges.

3.2 Salable Range Inquiry (Important)

After setting up the price list and salable range, especially if there are many salable ranges and price lists, you may not know what price list and sales range a specific account has at this time, then you can use the [Inquiry Tool] to make an inquiry.
In the widget on the CRM home page, click [Inquiry Tool] to query based on account, account+product or product.
