The channel portal is mainly to configure the menu and homepage of the web and mobile terminals. After starting Order Express, the system will preset web and mobile page templates. Administrators can adjust or add page templates according to their needs.

1. Web
The content of the web home page includes basic information, menu items, toolbars, and the home page. The administrator can configure according to the guide. The following focuses on the menu configuration and home page configuration.

1.1 Menu Configuration
1) Default Menu
The system will preset menu items common to dealers, and administrators can delete and add groups according to adjustments. Please note: The optional objects or menus are all from the E-Order application, not the full amount of objects or menus of CRM.

2) Add Custom Objects
When the administrator adds a CRM preset object or a custom object, you need to add the object to the [Business Object] list of E-Order, and then set it in the menu item on the web home page.

3) Custom Menu Items
When the CRM object is opened to dealers and needs to display different names, or only part of the business types are opened, it can be handled by using a custom menu.

1.2 Home Configuration
The system presets rich basic components and business components, and administrators can configure them according to their needs. Objects and reports (including system presets and custom reports) can be configured on the home page as required.


2. Mobile Terminal
Like the web, the system also presets the mobile terminal layout, and the mobile terminal layout uses the ShareCRM app and WeChat mini program.
The mobile terminal supports single-page layout and bottom navigation layout, and the default bottom navigation layout is preset. In bottom navigation layout, bottom navigation can be configured. Basic components and business components (including custom reports and charts) can be configured on the home page.


2.1 Bottom Navigation
The default navigation of the system is home page, product, order, shopping cart and personal center. Admins can remove and adjust bottom navigation as needed.
Note: The order mode includes the mall mode and the form mode. When the brand owner does not need the mall mode, the product list and shopping cart can be removed.

2.2 Home
The system presets rich basic components and business components, which can be configured according to needs. Menu supports objects, components and custom menus. When expansion is required, custom menus can be added.
