Configure tenantless sign-in for the app

Before you begin

Applicable scope: ShareOrder Professional Edition.
Role and permission: Use an admin account with ShareOrder management permission.
Prerequisites: Prepare test accounts, products, and price data.

Configure the mobile Partner Portals home template. Path: Setup > Partner Portals > Home Template > Partner Portals Page Customization (Mobile)

If the ShareOrder app is missing, add it to the home page.

#### Create an External account

Path: Order Management > Mall Settings > Ordering Accounts

Click Add Account in the upper right.

Select the enterprise that needs an External account.

Select the contacts that need External accounts. You can set a password.

After you sign in with a mobile verification code or password, select the downstream External Organizations.

As shown: External Organizations on the right show an External icon.

Click the ShareOrder app on the home page to enter downstream:

## Expected results

Use a test account to confirm the saved settings take effect on the related pages and records.

Return to the configuration entry, restore the previous switch, layout, or rule values, and re-verify with a test account.
