Customize Partner Portals
Before you begin
❗
-
Applicable scope: ShareOrder Professional Edition.
-
Role and permission: Use an admin account with ShareOrder management permission.
-
Prerequisites: Prepare test accounts, products, and price data.
Steps
Partner Portals configuration (mall decoration)
Partner Portals mainly configure Web Portal and Mobile Client menus and home pages. After ShareOrder is enabled, the system provides preset web and Mobile Client page templates. Admins can adjust or add page templates as needed.
Web
The web home page includes Basic Info, menu items, toolbar, and home page. Follow the guide to configure them. The following sections focus on menu configuration and home page configuration.
Menu configuration
- Preset menus
The system presets common dealer menu items. Admins can delete items or add groups. Available objects or menus come from the ShareOrder app, not from the full CRM object or Menu set.
NOTE: V940 adds a Knowledge Base menu. You can open the matching knowledge base directory to Downstream.
- Add custom objects
When you Add Administrator-side CRM Standard Object or custom objects, add the object to the ShareOrder Business objects list first. Then set it in the web home page menu items.
- Custom menu items
If a CRM object opened to dealers needs a different name, or you only open some Record Types, use a custom menu.
Path: Setup > External Configuration > Partner Portals > Custom menus
Toolbar configuration
Drag toolbar items from the left to the upper right as needed. You can change the component name and icon.
Home page configuration
The system provides rich basic components and business components. Admins can configure them as needed. On the home page, you can configure objects and reports, including system preset and custom reports.
Mobile Client
Like the web, the system also presets a Mobile Client layout. The Mobile Client layout is used by the ShareCRM app and WeChat Mini Program.
The Mobile Client supports a single-page layout and a bottom-navigation layout. Bottom navigation is preset by default. In the bottom-navigation layout, you can configure the bottom navigation. On the home page, you can configure basic components and business components, including custom reports and charts.
Bottom navigation
The system presets bottom navigation as Home, Products, Orders, Cart, and Personal center. Admins can remove or adjust bottom navigation as needed.
NOTE: Ordering Mode includes mall mode and form mode. If the brand owner does not need mall mode, remove the product list and cart.
Home page
The system presets rich basic components and business components. Configure them as needed. Menus support objects, components, and custom menus. Add a custom menu when you need to extend.
Product list component: the home new-arrivals component is upgraded and supports multiple data sources.
Scenario: An account can show a product list with tags such as hot, recommended, or new on the home page.
Feature: Home new arrivals is upgraded to a product list component. Users can open Product Details or add to cart. You can configure style, display count (up to 20), margin, and add-to-cart button style (Mobile Client only).
Personal center
NOTE: The Personal center bottom navigation is upgraded to Me and supports page configuration.
Scenario: Accounts want personal center to be configurable, for example by adding business components such as a current-expense workbench or account balance.
Value: A configurable personal center is easier to extend.
Feature: The personal center page supports on-demand business configuration. You can drag in basic components, business components (such as my order cards), BI components, and menu entries.
The original Delivery Address, My favorites, My coupons, Contact support, Switch product range, and Switch Record Type are now packaged as menus. Configure them through menu entries as needed.
NOTE: The original Personal center is not taken off the shelf yet, but it is mutually exclusive with Me. Existing enterprise Mobile Client templates are not changed. New templates preset Me by default and you cannot delete it.
Expected results
Use a test account to confirm the saved settings take effect on the related pages and records.
Undo or roll back
Return to the configuration entry, restore the previous switch, layout, or rule values, and re-verify with a test account.
