Configure order layout and business process

Order layout configuration (important)

The core of channel ordering is the Sales Order. A good Sales Order experience depends on fields, page layouts, Validation Rules, and process PaaS capabilities. This topic focuses on order layout rather than basic object capabilities.

#### The order list shows shortcut buttons: Pay now, Confirm Receipt, and Buy again

After ShareOrder is enabled, the order object automatically adds these buttons. When the web list layout includes shortcut buttons, web Partner Portals and the Mini Program show them.

NOTE: The Shipment Order object works the same way. Configure it if needed.

Order create layout (Delivery Address and Order Product components)

After ShareOrder is enabled, the system automatically enables Form Page layout and presets the ShareOrder layout (edit_dht_layout__c).

The preset ShareOrder layout automatically adds Order Product and Delivery Address components. Configure them as needed.

Order details layout (Delivery Address, Order Product, and Payment summary)

After ShareOrder is enabled, the system presets a ShareOrder details layout.

The Mobile Client details layout adds Order Product, Delivery Address, and Payment and shipping summary components. Configure them as needed.

Assign Layout to downstream ordering users

You cannot Assign Layout to downstream ordering roles in standard object management. In ShareOrder management object management, open the Sales Order object and Assign Layout to downstream ordering users.

NOTE: Like Sales Order, layouts for other objects must be assigned on the same-named object in object management.

#### Order layout step bar

Step bar configuration: drag the step bar component into order details. You can configure nodes (Approval Node and business nodes). Business nodes support filter conditions.

Home and personal center support an order card component. Selecting it opens the order list landing page for that status.

Order process configuration

Channel ordering supports approval flows and business flows. The system does not preset a process. Create a process as needed. Both approval flows and business flows support connected approval.

You can also enable a business flow when needed. Business flows support processing across objects.

Expected results

Use a test account to confirm the saved settings take effect on the related pages and records.

Undo or roll back

Return to the configuration entry, restore the previous switch, layout, or rule values, and re-verify with a test account.
