Activate and sign in to an ordering account
Use the ordering account provided by the company to enter the ordering mall from Web, App, or WeChat Mini Program.
Overview
The upstream enterprise admin creates and issues the ordering account. After you receive the account or invitation, choose an entry the company opened and complete sign-in. Creating the account and configuring permission are outside this topic.
Before you begin
❗
-
Role and permission: Use an enabled ordering account.
-
Prerequisites: The upstream enterprise has opened the mall and configured sellable products.
Steps
Get an ordering account
- Confirm with the upstream enterprise that an ordering account was created for you, and get the sign-in URL, account, or invitation.
- Confirm that the sign-in mobile number matches the contact mobile number used when the admin created the account.
- If you did not receive an account, or you cannot see the mall after sign-in, ask the upstream admin to check the account status and the Order Clerk role permission.
📝
Admins can create accounts in Maintain accounts, contacts, and ordering accounts.
Sign in to the ordering mall
- Open the Web, App, Mini Program, or service account entry provided by the company.
- Follow the page to sign in with a mobile number, Account & Password Login, or WeChat authorization.
- The first time you use WeChat Mini Program, bind a mobile number and authorize access.
- After sign-in, confirm that the page shows your company, available mall, or order entry.
After External accounts are enabled, downstream dealers can sign in to the ordering mall. The mall supports Mini Program, ShareCRM App, and web sign-in, and it also supports WeChat Service Account binding.
When you create a connected enterprise, choose whether it has a tenant:
- If you enable a ShareCRM tenant, users with a ShareCRM account can enter ShareOrder from ShareCRM (with tenant).
- If you do not enable a ShareCRM tenant, users sign in with WeChat scan or Account & Password Login in the Mini Program or service account (tenantless).
WeChat Mini Program
Platform Mini Program
The Mini Program provides a native Mini Program and an H5 shell Mini Program. The H5 shell supports PaaS low-code extensions, including APL and PWC plugins.
Native Mini Program: dealers search for ShareOrder Pro in WeChat Mini Program, bind a mobile number, and authorize sign-in. The Mini Program also provides a trial mode so WeChat users who are not registered contacts can try ShareOrder.
H5 shell Mini Program: dealers search for ShareOrder Lite in WeChat Mini Program, bind a mobile number, and authorize sign-in.
Expected results
- After sign-in, you can enter the ordering mall opened for your company.
- The company identity, product range, and order entry match your account.
- After you sign out, you can sign in again with the same account.
