Rules

Important: ShareOrder v960 Release Notes (GA time: 24:00 on 2025-07-12)

Ordering mall

New mall categories support a category tree (limited rollout)

  1. Business Scenario
CRM Product Category mainly serves internal product-system management. The classification is often not intuitive for dealers, resellers, and end customers, which lowers product-selection efficiency.
Mall categories use mainstream ecommerce category management. Enterprises can define easy-to-understand mall categories that match customer habits.
  1. Feature description
ShareOrder Professional Edition and Group Edition can limited-rollout Mall categories, then Enable them. Maintain data in the Mall category object, including manual add, import from Product Category, associate merchandise, and adjust levels. Then add the New mall menu in Partner Portals.

Mall experience improvements

  1. Web mall card view supports multiple tags.
Different products have different tags. Previously only one tag could be configured, so other products could not show tags.
In Mall settings > Business parameters > Web mall, set multiple tags at the bottom of Card view.
  1. The WeChat Mini Program product list supports PaaS multi-field sorting.
  2. The create-order page allows adding products manually.
Cart checkout still needs to add products, so the restriction is removed. Form mode already supports this.

Multi-level ordering

Multi-level ordering initialization supports manually enabling inventory mode

  1. Business Scenario
Both Inventory Management modes (Self-management and ERP integration) support the Channel Inventory Plugin, so initialization lets admins choose the inventory mode.
  1. Feature description
When enabling the Multi-level ordering plugin, if Inventory Management is not enabled, a dialog guides the admin to enable inventory and choose a mode.

Improvements to One-Click Transfer show the transferred order number

After a second-level dealer or store orders from a first-level dealer, and the first-level dealer transfers the order to the brand owner, the system adds external Related Teams permission so the second-level dealer or store can view the transferred order number and flow history.

Web Custom Menu can view all account and order data

  1. Business Scenario
After multi-level ordering is enabled, account and order objects isolate direct and channel data. Admins and owners still want one menu for all data.
  1. Feature description
Preset menus stay isolated. Enterprises can use a Custom Menu to view all data, such as standard orders plus channel orders.
Custom Menu shows all account and order data

Manufacturing DMS

New general DMS supports out-of-the-box configuration

  1. Business Scenario
Channel ordering focuses on ordering only and cannot cover the full dealer chain. Dealers need an integrated solution for ordering, reconciliation, enablement, incentives, and Target Management.
Manufacturing DMS upgrades from a single tool to an end-to-end management platform.
  1. Feature description
After purchasing Manufacturing DMS, enable it in Setup and follow the configuration guide. The full license includes omnichannel lifecycle management, the medical-device industry plugin, and Partner Portals management.

In-process companion capabilities

Account component supports the PWC plugin, and specified deduction fields add the Number type

  • The Customer Fund Account component specified deduction field adds the Number type.

Account Validation Rules improvements

  1. Account Validation Rules can configure income/expense transactions and Freeze Record data as not voided.
Previously only income/expense transactions could skip voiding. This release adds Freeze Record, so both can be set together.
  1. Direct Deduction and Validate Deduction rules support mapping the document owner.
Previously Expenditure Transaction Log and Freeze Record created by validation were owned by the system, so business users could not view them. You can now map the owner from the business document.
  1. Account Validation Rules add a freeze-authorization configuration prompt.
Validation rules need a freeze document and a deduction (unfreeze) document. The deduction document can be itself or another document, and must be set as the Unfreeze Object under Account authorization > Expense authorization for the Authorized Object.
When creating Account Validation Rules, if expense authorization has no Unfreeze Object, the system prompts you to maintain unfreeze authorization first.
  1. Account Validation Rules with red-ink offset data can still be edited.
If red-ink offset records exist and remaining freeze totals 0, you can still edit the validation rule.

Freeze Record supports one-time red-ink offset with an APL function (limited rollout)

  1. Business Scenario
Some accounts freeze Account Balance on Shipment Orders and deduct on settlement. Returns can happen before settlement, so freeze amounts need red-ink offset.
  1. Feature description
Account Freeze Records support a function that offsets a specified amount and can generate a negative unfreeze record, including Partial Red-ink Offset.

Other improvements: the Account object can be inserted into SharePartner, and Insufficient Balance messages are clearer

  1. The Account object can be inserted into SharePartner.
  2. When Customer Fund Account has Insufficient Balance, the message names the specific account.

Usage boundary

  • Version check: Confirm the tenant Version and enabled capabilities first.
  • Permission: Entries are controlled by role and Data Permission.
