ShareOrder 885 release notes
V885 release list
V885 feature details
Ecommerce mode and cart support Minimum Order Quantity (mobile)
Business Scenario
Channel partners often have a minimum order quantity because of packaging and logistics cost, capacity, or to prevent unordered stockpiling. Orders cannot be below that quantity.
What’s new (see the product/SKU Minimum Order Quantity setup guide for configuration details)
You can set Minimum Order Quantity at the product or SKU level. In the mall ecommerce list, home page, cart, and details page, the starting quantity defaults to that Minimum Order Quantity. Orders and the standard product list will follow later.
Note: If the SKU and product use multiple units, maintain the Minimum Order Quantity for each unit in the multi-unit relationship table.
Mall experience improvements (mobile)
Order list shows product images (mobile)
Business Scenario
You want the order list to show product information such as images so users can recognize an order quickly.
What’s new
In mall parameters, turn on mobile order images. The mobile order list then shows product images (three by default). Tap an image to open the order details page.
ShareOrder pages support watermarks (web and mobile)
Business Scenario
For data security, the mall shows a watermark based on the current user and mobile number. This helps prevent and trace internal screenshot leaks of sensitive business data.
What’s new
V880 already adopted the platform watermark capability. V885 extends it to ShareOrder pages, including the cart list, product details, ecommerce list, and add-to-cart dialog.
Mini Program bottom navigation style
Order UI improvements (mobile)
- When you tap an action on a new order, order products expand.
- After you tap Complete on a new order, products stay expanded.
- The order step bar no longer uses a scrollbar. It adapts to the width, and you can swipe left or right to see progress.
Home mall list component limit increased to 30
The home product list component can show up to 30 items. Tap View more to see the rest.
Mini Program share card removes the ShareCRM wording
Ecommerce add-to-cart dialog quantity defaults to 1
Account posting authorization supports automatic posting (web and mobile)
Business Scenario
Preset posting for Payment, Expense Reimbursement, rebate orders, and similar documents still requires manual action or functions. Teams want automatic posting by scenario.
What’s new
For account authorization of the posting type, you can enable automatic posting and post to different accounts by condition. You can combine manual and automatic posting. Automatic posting is off by default.
Account component follows layout configuration (web and mobile)
Business Scenario
Customers want different order types to show different deduction accounts in the Customer Fund Account component. Rebate accounts have two types and need to follow the order Record Type.
What’s new
When you set Account component rules, you can change the number of accounts in the layout and add or remove accounts as needed.

V880 feature details
ShareOrder Mini Program supports WeChat subscription messages (mobile)
Business Scenario
Users subscribe to business notifications in the Mini Program mall, such as order approval, shipping, and receiving. After they subscribe, WeChat Service Account messages remind them of progress.
What’s new
Available subscription messages include order-progress reminders (approval), order shipped, order received, and payment succeeded. Users can subscribe as needed.
ShareOrder Mini Program can require a specified input unit (mobile)
Business Scenario
Some companies enable multiple units in a Tile Display layout. They price in a small unit, but dealers must order only in a large unit. The small unit is shown as a reference price or to encourage purchase.
What’s new
Setup: Setup > In-transaction trading > Mall parameters
Use the multi-unit Backfill unit parameter to choose the ordering unit. That unit accepts quantity and add-to-cart. Other Units are display-only and do not accept quantity. Downstream Mini Program ordering then requires that unit.
Dedicated Mini Program
Online Pay experience improvements (mobile)
Business Scenario
Online Pay in the dedicated Mini Program is too long and tightly coupled to Payment. Tapping Online Pay opens the create-Payment page. Users must fill required fields and create Payment before payment starts.
What’s new
Turn on Online Pay in Setup:
Setup > In-transaction trading > Trading document settings > Enable Online Pay
After you turn on Enable Online Pay, tapping Online Pay on a new order opens the payment component directly. Payment and payment transactions are created in the background.
Hide the Try it entry (mobile)
Business Scenario
The dedicated Mini Program login page Try it entry currently opens the default ShareOrder FMCG sample tenant. That does not match manufacturing and other non-FMCG brands.
What’s new
After WeChat approves the company’s dedicated Mini Program, the login page hides Try it.
ShareOrder supports watermarks (web and mobile)
Business Scenario
For data security, the mall shows a watermark based on the current user and mobile number to prevent and trace screenshot leaks.
What’s new
You can enable watermarks at the tenant level. Options include username, username + last digits of the mobile number, company name + username + mobile number, or a custom pattern.
Embed the ShareOrder Mini Program in RMM ShareRetail (mobile)
Business Scenario
Connect RMM ShareRetail with the ShareOrder Mini Program. Store staff can open ShareOrder from a RMM ShareRetail menu with the same identity, without signing in again or switching Mini Programs.
Account capability improvements
Account freeze records support full reversal (server)
Business Scenario
Order close previously supported partial reversal of expenses. Full reversal is now supported.
What’s new
An APL function can reverse freeze records. For order close, reversal depends on the validation rule. Partial Red-ink Offset was already supported; full reversal is now supported.
Note: The related function requires limited rollout.
Order checkout component is decoupled from the Customer Fund Account component (web)
Business Scenario
When submitting an order, users want to see and deduct rebates and coupons and select promotions more clearly.
What’s new
The Account component is decoupled from the order checkout component. Users can enter account and settlement amounts independently, and the data stays in sync.
Rebate deduction fields are read-only on the form (web)
Business Scenario
Rebate selection uses a slide-out page, so the form field cannot be edited and should be read-only.
What’s new
Rebate-type account deduction amount fields are read-only.
Canceling a posting updates Account Balance on the transaction
Business Scenario
For income transactions posted from Expense Reimbursement, canceling posting did not update the balance on the transaction, which made reconciliation harder.
What’s new
After you cancel posting for a manually created transaction or a document-posted income transaction, Account Balance on the transaction record updates at the same time.
Account objects support advanced list layouts (mobile)
Business Scenario
Account-module objects did not support advanced list layouts.
What’s new
Account-related objects support advanced list layouts.
Payment capability improvements
Payment can post by a specified field (server)
Business Scenario
Customers need to post Payment by different fields, including custom fields.
What’s new
Payment can use any field, including custom fields, as the posting-amount field.
Payment can post only to authorized accounts (server)
Business Scenario
Payment can post only to accounts that are included in account authorization.
ShareOrder 870 release notes
V870 release list
V870 feature details
Sales-process companion: account authorization adds expense mode
Business Scenario
- Users can authorize Standard Object or custom objects for amount posting and expense.
What’s new
- Account authorization previously covered only income (posting) accounts. Expense-account authorization is now available.
Sales-process companion: Account component supports validation rules
Business Scenario
- The previous version added the Customer Fund Account component so users can see account balances. Most customers deduct account amounts through validation rules, so the component now supports those rules.
What’s new
- The Account component supports component deduction.
After account authorization and initialization, the system presets validation rules for that object’s Account component (deduction type defaults to component deduction), for example Preset {Shipment Order} component deduction rule.
The preset includes Record Type, Expenditure Type, and the deduction account.
Note: Confirm the deduction-amount field on the validation rule before use.
When you create or edit the authorized object, enter an amount in the Customer Fund Account component and submit. The system deducts the authorized account balance based on the validation rule.
Sales-process companion: Expenditure Transaction Log records support reversal
Business Scenario
- After rebate and account integration, income-transaction reversal was added for expired rebate orders, but expense-transaction reversal was missing. This release adds expense reversal for order close.
What’s new
- An APL function can reverse freeze records, such as in order close. Handling depends on the validation rule. Only partial reversal is supported, and each record can be reversed once.
ShareOrder home product list component improvements
Business Scenario
- You want to reorder products in the home product list and pin featured, high-volume, or best-selling products.
- Tagged products on the home page are limited, and you want a landing page for every product with that tag.
What’s new
- On web and mobile, the home product list supports manual add (up to 20 products) and drag-and-drop pinning.
- You can set how many products show on the home page. Mobile shows up to 10. Tap View more to open the landing page for every product in the component.

ShareOrder 860 release notes
V860 release list
V860 feature details
Mall mode supports attributes and attribute values (web)
This improves maturity for manufacturing channel ordering. It covers manufacturing attribute and attribute-value behavior and adds downstream mall support. This version is web only.
Product attribute basics
After you relate attributes and attribute values to a product, you can set a Price Book for each attribute and a price for each attribute value. One product can then have multiple prices. Setup includes attributes and attribute values, setting the Associated Attribute on products, and configuring the attribute Price Book.
ordering mall supports attributes and attribute values
Downstream web result:
Ultimate-experience product list mode (mobile)
This ShareOrder ecommerce product list is built on uipaas and in-transaction platform components. It matches how downstream dealers shop, feels closer to a consumer mall, and can switch back to the platform product list.
In mall parameters, set the product-card style to ecommerce style to switch the product list to ultimate-experience mode.
UI updates include product-card image size, font, color, and spacing; a new add-to-cart icon; left-aligned price and title; category-tree spacing and font color; barcode scanning inside the search box; and title bar, scenario, search, and filter styling.
Ecommerce ultimate-experience mode:
Ordering and marketing integration
Channel marketing setup in Order Management
Ordering and marketing integration 1.0 can be configured entirely in Order Management. This includes the marketing-ordering integration plugin switch and Micropage / campaign menu entries.
For new companies that purchased ShareOrder and ShareMarketing, enable the marketing integration plugin in Order Management. After you enable it, Channel marketing menus appear, and you can finish Micropage setup in Order Management.
Note: The plugin requires ShareMarketing and ShareOrder guest mode.
Create ordering-promotion Micropages in Order Management and promote them in campaigns.
You can also create Micropages or campaigns in Order Management and promote them by QR code.
Downstream users can open a Micropage from WeChat scan, SMS, or a web link. Tapping a ShareOrder component opens the ShareOrder Mini Program. Guests can browse the mall and only need to sign in or register when they add to cart or place an order.
Guest mode supports self-registration for ordering accounts (Mini Program)
In Mini Program guest mode, users can register a downstream ordering account after they fill in basic information.
Turn on self-registration. When a guest enters the downstream Mini Program and signs in with a mobile number that has no External Organizations account, self-registration starts. After they submit basic information, a downstream ordering account is created. You can add an approval process.
Guests who enter the mall from a WeChat share:
A trading action triggers sign-in. After the user binds a mobile number that has no External Organizations account, the self-registration page opens. Registration fields come from the object layout and can be customized. If an approval process is configured, the user is told to wait for approval before signing in normally.
Downstream mobile multi-spec options can be grayed out (limited rollout)
Specs that are outside the downstream saleable scope or missing from product master data are grayed out. This version is mobile first.
The downstream mobile select one by one multi-spec mode is optimized. Upstream multi-spec mode must be select one by one for downstream gray-out to work.
- Specs outside the downstream saleable scope or missing from master data are grayed out.
- In the add-to-cart dialog, users can select multiple specs and add them at once.
ShareOrder theme color alignment (web)
ShareOrder follows the platform brand-color update. This includes orange used in ShareCRM for colored buttons, selected tabs, selected radios and checkboxes, on switches, and active inputs.
Payment line Delete becomes Void
The Payment line Delete button becomes Void. Voided records follow standard recycle-bin logic so you can view void history.
Note: Because this is a preset Detail Object with complex related logic, Payment and Payment Details cannot be restored from the recycle bin yet.

Enable statements, generate fund statements and a Transaction Reconciliation Statement from the configured Reconciliation Plan, and use multiple data sources, approval processes, and template printing.
Ordering and marketing integration V1.0
Connect channel ordering with marketing. Use ShareMarketing Campaigns, Micropages, and coupons to promote channel products and campaigns, expand dealer reach, and help dealers or stores sell through.
After you purchase ShareMarketing Professional or higher, add Product list, Promotion Item, and Coupon components to campaign Micropages. Share them with friends or Moments. Tapping the Micropage opens the ShareOrder Mini Program mall (guest mode is supported).
Micropage coupon component
In a Micropage, drag Coupon from ShareOrder components. You can select multiple coupons from the campaign and set name, layout, display style, and background color.

After you create a Micropage, you can scan a QR code to preview it. Relate the Micropage to a campaign (or create a campaign Micropage) and review click and view metrics for conversion analysis. Campaign Promote supports WeChat, SMS, email, and web.
Micropages open the ShareOrder Mini Program
Users can open a Micropage from WeChat scan, SMS, or other promotion channels. Tapping a ShareOrder component opens the ShareOrder Mini Program. Guests can browse the mall and only need to sign in or register when they add to cart or place an order. External self-registration will later close the loop for new downstream customers.
Opening a Micropage link in a browser can also launch the ShareOrder WeChat Mini Program.
Support in-transaction multiple units and bundles

Improves multiple-unit interaction. SKU mode only for now.
Downstream ShareOrder adopts in-transaction multiple-unit capabilities: the in-transaction multiple-unit switch, front-end layout, unit linkage, and Data Backfill. This release is mobile only. Downstream product lists, details pages, and the cart support fixed bundles. Bundle lines are read-only.
Mobile:
Web: product lists and the cart can expand a bundle to view products, but cannot edit them.

The Order Management setup guide now opens the latest in-transaction setup pages and highlights each setting.
Order list status tabs
Adds mature ecommerce order-list tabs and order cards.
The mobile order list can show tabs. Defaults are Pending approval, Pending Payment, Pending shipment, and Refunded. If you show tabs, list filters are hidden.
Home and personal center support an order-card component that opens the matching status list.

Single-tenant multi-level ordering (web)
Business Scenario
Brand owners need a multi-level ordering platform so every channel can order and pay online, improve trading efficiency, and see channel inventory and sales.
Value
Provides an F2B2b multi-level ordering platform for upstream and downstream product-chain collaboration.
What’s new
After you enable ShareOrder Group Edition, the brand owner can grant channel-merchant permission to first-level dealers. Channel merchants can perform Account Management, order management, and Inventory Management, and can also open a downstream channel mall.
Credit management (web and mobile, limited rollout)
Business Scenario
For Accounts that buy on credit, you want credit management. When submitting an order or shipment, the system checks the Credit Limit. If credit is not enough, submit is blocked or a second prompt appears.
Value
Control credit risk while maximizing product sales.
What’s new
Closed-loop capabilities include credit occupancy rules, Account credit grant, document credit validation, and credit inquiry. Credit occupancy can flow across documents, and occupancy conditions are supported.
Standardized mall categories (mobile and web, GA)
Business Scenario
The mall currently shows Setup Product Category, which is designed for standardized product management. It is often too detailed for shoppers. The mall needs a simpler front-end classification for browsing, filtering, temporary merchant maintenance, and campaign merchandising.
What’s new
The product classification object adds a Mall category Record Type, separate from Product Category. After ShareOrder uses independent classification, the downstream mall orders mainly from Mall category.
- Turn on the mall category switch.
Path: Order Management > Mall settings > Business parameters > Mall category
- Maintain mall category master data. Use the shortcut next to the switch, or search Mall category in Order Management.
You can import mall category data:
Fill in the template, then upload and import.
-
Drag the Mall category field onto the product/SKU details layout.
-
Maintain mall category values on products/SKUs.
You can import product/SKU master data in bulk.

Image hotspots (mobile, GA)
Business Scenario
The mall home page needs components that open a product list or details page, or that jump by tag, category, or other filters.
What’s new
The image hotspot component lets you upload marketing images and draw multiple hotspots. The first release can open a product list or details page, and can use product-object fields as filter conditions.
Jumping to other Mini Programs is also supported.
Product list tab configuration (mobile, GA)
Business Scenario
The mobile product list should not be limited to fixed tabs such as Best-selling and Favorites. You want to choose tabs and tab content.
What’s new
In Order Management parameters, you can show or hide product-list tabs, including showing none.
You can also customize tab content from product tags, and add in-app pages (promotion products, Promotion Activity, My favorites, Best-selling, and Recently ordered).

Form mode can select Price Book Details (web and mobile, GA)
Business Scenario
When a downstream mall Account has multiple Price Books, users want to choose a Price Book and add products from it. Downstream currently forces Price Book Priority and can only order products from the highest-priority Price Book.
What’s new
Turn on the Price Book ordering switch in Order Management parameters. On a new order, the Add from Price Book Details button becomes available.
Multi-unit style improvements (mobile)
In Tile Display multiple-unit mode, the input unit stays at the end of the row so it is easier to enter.
Promotion component hotspot improvements (mobile)
Tap the promotion area to open that campaign’s details page. Tap the upper-left More button to open the campaign list.
Limits
