Applicable scope: ShareOrder Group Edition.

Role and permission: Use an enabled ordering account.
-
Prerequisites: The upstream enterprise has opened the mall and configured sellable products.
Steps
After One-Click Transfer
After dealer B completes virtual inbound, Update channel inventory (skip this step in scenario 2.4)
The system automatically generates channel inventory for the account on the Shipment Order. The account has a channel-partner identity.
Virtual inbound creates a Channel Type inbound order. The system fills Shipment Order details automatically, including product, quantity, and batch. These core fields cannot be edited. Users can add other information as needed.
After channel inventory is updated, ship the original sales order (the order before transfer)
After channel inventory is updated, you can ship the original sales order. There are two entries:
- In the dialog after virtual inbound, select Go to virtual shipment.
- On the ShareOrder order detail or Shipment Order list, create a Shipment Order.
End customer C confirms receipt on the original order
After receiving the goods, end customer C selects Confirm Receipt on the original order.
Dealer B confirms receipt on the transferred order
After end customer C confirms physical receipt, the physical flow is complete. The dealer selects Confirm Receipt to complete the document flow.
Inventory change notes
- After the dealer completes virtual inbound, the system updates channel inventory by product, quantity, and batch on the Shipment Order.
- After virtual shipment of the original sales order, the end customer selects Confirm Receipt and the physical flow is complete.
