Rules

ShareOrder already serves some international accounts at scale. Product internationalization is still being completed. Overseas channel partners order online through ShareCRM Web/App to improve upstream and downstream order collaboration and digitally manage overseas channel ordering.

NOTE: Multiple languages can be switched only on the Web Portal for now. Mobile Client support comes in later versions.

Multiple currencies

You can enable multiple currencies for overseas needs, set a base currency, and create multiple currencies and exchange rates.

Path: Setup > Enterprise Settings > Currency Management

In Partner Portals personal information, you can switch currency:

Multiple languages

In Partner Portals personal information, you can switch language. Use Switch language to switch to International Edition ShareOrder. Currently only the Web English edition is supported.

Translation workbench:

ShareOrder admin provides a translation workbench for object and field translation. Besides preset multilingual capability, tenants can adjust translations for objects and fields by industry requirements and usage habits.
