Enterprise interconnection and application access overview
Enterprise Interconnection establishes a connection between an upstream enterprise and a downstream partner and gives the partner access to interconnected applications such as Partner Connect.
Connection methods
Add a company without a ShareCRM account
The upstream enterprise selects a Partner record as the connected company in Enterprise Interconnection. When creating a new partner, it must also create a Partner Contact and provide a valid mobile number.
Invite a company with a ShareCRM account
The upstream enterprise sends an invitation code. The downstream enterprise adds the upstream enterprise in Enterprise Interconnection and submits the code. After the upstream enterprise approves the connection and assigns roles to downstream users, the connection is complete.
