Sign in to partner connect

Partner users can access Partner Connect from the web portal, the mobile app, or a WeChat Official Account.

Before you start

  • The upstream enterprise has added you as a connected contact.
  • The mobile number in your connected contact record is correct and active.
  • Your account has access to Partner Connect.

Sign in on the web

  1. Go to the Partner Connect web portal at fxiaoke.com/qd.
  2. Select WeChat QR code sign-in and use the mobile number associated with your connected contact record to verify your identity.
  3. Alternatively, select username-and-password sign-in and enter the credentials initialized for your account.
The upstream enterprise must initialize your account before you can sign in with a username and password. To change the password after your first sign-in, use Forgot password to reset it.
[!NOTE] The source documentation identifies username-and-password sign-in as a limited-release feature. If the option is unavailable, ask the upstream enterprise whether it has been enabled.

Sign in on mobile

  1. Open the ShareCRM mobile app.
  2. Open the Partner Connect application.
  3. Sign in with your account.
On mobile, you can view carousel banners, object-level scenario data, reports, and data briefs.

Sign in through a WeChat Official Account

  1. Follow the WeChat Official Account linked to Partner Connect.
  2. Open Partner Connect from the Official Account.
  3. Follow the prompts to verify your identity.
The WeChat version of Partner Connect is delivered as an H5 application.

Verify the result

After a successful sign-in, the Partner Connect home page appears. If the Partner Connect entry is missing, ask the upstream channel manager to check your connected contact record and role assignment.

Troubleshooting

  • An entry or submission action is unavailable: Ask the upstream channel manager to check the access scope and business prerequisites.
  • A configuration change is not effective: Check the application scope, role permissions, and dependent rules.
