Collaboration tools
- Intercompany messaging: Start a direct or group conversation for business communication.
- Tasks: Review business tasks assigned to you.
- Business notifications: Stay informed about business progress and new work.
Process a collaborative task
- Open Tasks or Notifications from the Partner Connect home page.
- Open the target item and review the related business record.
- Complete the required action.
- Return to the business record and confirm that its status has changed.
Expected result
The task or notification is processed, and the status of the related business record is updated.
