Look up where PI, CI, and PL come from and when you use them.
Overview
The PI comes from the export contract. The CI and PL come from a processed Export Shipment Order.

Template content
- A PI can include the company logo, contract fields, account information, and product information.
- A CI can include the company entity, amounts, products, and shipment information.
- A PL can include packing units, quantities, and packing details.
Template maintenance
Admins can edit preset templates or copy a template and adjust it. Preview before you print, and confirm that fields and company entity information are complete.
