Before you begin

Permissions: You can create special price request orders.

Prerequisites: An admin installed the ITT special price pack.

Downstream capability: Downstream users have Select products to place an order.

Business data: A valid special price request and special-price lines already exist.
Steps
- In the create-order entry, select the Special Price Request record type.
- In the order products area, select products from the special-price lines.
- Check the special price, quantity, and validity period.
- Complete the other required order fields.
- Save and submit the order.
Verify the result
- The order record type is Special Price Request.
- Order products come from special-price lines, not from an ordinary Price Book.
- The order uses the price and scope of the special price request.
