Configure PI, CI, and PL print templates

Overview

Adjust trade-document output to match your company brand and document requirements.

Before you begin

  • Permissions: You can edit and copy print templates.
  • Prerequisites: The export configuration pack is initialized.
  • Master data: Company entities include name, bank, tax, and logo information.

Steps

  1. In print template management, find the export contract PI template.
  2. Edit or copy the PI template as needed.
  3. Adjust the logo and contract fields to output.
  4. Find the shipment commercial invoice CI template.
  5. Adjust CI company, amount, and shipment fields.
  6. Find the shipment packing list PL template.
  7. Adjust PL packing and carton fields.
  8. Save and publish the templates.

How to verify

  1. Print a PI from a test contract.
  2. Print a CI and PL from a test Export Shipment Order.
  3. Check the logo, company entity, and business fields.

Notes

Copying a template keeps the preset template. Confirm the current business usage before you edit a template directly.
