1.1 Add Internet Enterprise
When adding an interconnected enterprise, if the tenant has enabled the partner object, you need to select the source of the interconnected enterprise. Under normal circumstances, if you use the agent service, select a partner to create an Internet enterprise, and if you use Order Express, Service Express, Fenxiang Kuaishou or other collaborative applications, select a customer object to create an Internet enterprise.

If there is data that cannot be selected, it means that the customer or partner has already been created as a docking, and there is no need to create it again. At the same time, note that the mobile phone field of the contact under the selected customer or partner needs to have a value before it can be created normally. If multiple pieces of data are selected in batches to create at the same time, multiple selections are sufficient.
- At this time, if the current enterprise has enabled the channel version quota, there will be a choice of whether to help the downstream to open Fanxiang. If there is no channel version quota, the downstream will not be activated for Fanxiang, and there is no need to pop-up to choose. If you need to perform internal CRM business management for the downstream channel version, select Yes; if not, select No.
- Note that after selecting Yes, it is currently necessary to select the copy template company. The copy template enterprise is derived from the template enterprise in the interconnection setting.
- Click OK to go to the next step to perform interconnection role setting and interconnection information verification. as follows:
Select the Internet role required by all Internet enterprise users. For mobile phone numbers with abnormal verification and enterprise names with abnormal verification (such as: the enterprise name cannot be repeated, and the Internet enterprise associated with the customer has been deactivated), modify the name or update the information. delete.

- The list of interconnected companies supports switching between different scenarios: [Cooperating], [All], [Uncooperative].
- [Cooperating], Internet enterprises whose interconnection status is normal can currently use the downstream information of Internet enterprises normally. At this time, the operation of [Disable Internet enterprises] is supported. After deactivation, the data of Internet enterprises will be transferred to the scene to cancel cooperation Delete directly.
- [All], including Internet companies that are in cooperation and that have been terminated. This scenario has the most complete data. It is generally recommended to query whether a certain Internet company exists. It is recommended to query in this scenario.
- 【Uncooperation】, after performing the operation of 【Deactivate Internet Enterprise】to the cooperative Internet enterprise, it will become an Internet enterprise that has canceled the cooperation. At this time, the operation of 【Enable Internet Enterprise】is supported. For companies that do not cooperate at all, they need to be voided and deleted in the recycle bin at this time.
【Uncooperation】, after performing the operation of 【Deactivate Internet Enterprise】to the cooperative Internet enterprise, it will become an Internet enterprise that has canceled the cooperation. At this time, the operation of 【Enable Internet Enterprise】is supported. For companies that do not cooperate at all, they need to be voided and deleted in the recycle bin at this time.
1.2 The downstream becomes the upstream Internet enterprise through the invitation code
If two companies have already subscribed to FunShare, they need to establish a connection between the two existing companies through the invitation code. (Non-paying companies can only establish interconnection with other companies by filling in the invitation code of other companies.)
- Operation path: Enter the Internet company of the upstream company - send our invitation code, copy the invitation code information after obtaining it, and send it to the administrator of the downstream company. - The downstream enterprise administrator enters the interconnection settings, enables [Other Settings] - [Connect Upstream Enterprise], enters the upstream enterprise of the Internet user, and selects [Add Upstream Enterprise]. as follows:

Note that downstream companies connected through invitation codes need to independently create interconnection users and set interconnection role information.

The upstream employees in the relevant team of the Internet company have the right to conduct relevant business docking with the company.
- Editing: There are two situations for Internet enterprise editors depending on whether the company has subscribed to FunShare or not. If there is no downstream enterprise that has subscribed to FanShare, you can edit the company name and abbreviation information. If FunShare is activated, it cannot help downstream companies edit their company names. At this time, if downstream companies need to update their names, they can only enter the downstream company's enterprise information settings to make adjustments. For associated customer and partner information, if only associated customers, edit partners are supported, and if only partners are associated, edits are supported when editing customers, and editing replaces the previous associated operations of interconnected companies. When the associated information is accurate, editing is not allowed. For the downstream users who use other interconnected applications even if they use Proxy, be sure to pay attention to editing related information.
- Deactivation of the Internet enterprise: The Internet enterprise moves from the cooperation to the termination of the cooperation, and at the same time, the Internet business can no longer be used. If the downstream tenant is activated by the upstream company, the tenant's CRM quota will also be recovered at this time, which will expire within 2 weeks, and the upstream company can restore one Internet company quota and one channel version quota. If the downstream has not activated FunShare, after the interconnection relationship is terminated, the downstream can not only use the upstream interconnection business, but also can no longer view any business data. If the interconnection company that has terminated the cooperation is enabled, the downstream CRM will not be restored quota.
- Activation: The activation operation will only be displayed after the upstream has channel version quotas. Activation is to create a CRM tenant for downstream companies that have not activated FunShare, for the downstream companies to manage their internal business.
- Export: The export capability of interconnected enterprises is currently a special export capability and non-standard object export.
2. Internet users
Internet users: Internet users are the Internet account management of Internet users. Internet users include enterprise and individual types. Internet users under Internet companies are all enterprise types, and individual Internet users do not have Internet companies. All downstream Internet user management is under the management of the other Internet user, and the employees of the upstream company that can be connected are under the management of our Internet user. Connected users support adding connected users, exporting and detail management. Details are as follows:
2.1 Internet user management
It mainly manages the Internet accounts of downstream users.
- Add Internet user: After clicking Add Internet user, select the associated Internet company, and then select the associated contact, the user name and mobile phone number information will be automatically generated, and the administrator and Internet role information of the Internet user will be set. The Internet user is created. Note that personal Internet users can only go through the self-registration process and cannot be created by administrators. Generally, individual Internet users are quickly created when users use services.
- View Internet user details: Click the Internet user's user name, slide out a pop-up window to view the Internet user details, including: user basic information, associated contact information, associated Internet company information, Internet roles, etc.
- Edit Internet users: Downstream Internet users hosted by enterprises with tenants can modify the names and roles of Internet users. If they are self-managed Internet users, they can only modify roles. The details are as follows:
- Deactivate Internet users: If Internet users no longer use Internet services, they can deactivate Internet accounts. After deactivation, Internet users will change from [Cooperating] to [Uncooperative]. If you need to completely delete the Internet user, you need to delete the Internet user in the recycle bin after invalidating the Internet user.
- Handover to the person in charge: The person in charge of the Internet company is handing over the operation. The person in charge without a tenant can manage other downstream Internet users and role information in WeChat. The main person in charge of a tenant is generally the boss of the Internet company, and generally has nothing to do with the system administrator.
- Set manager: After the Internet user is set as a manager, he has the right to view the data of all Internet users of the Internet company.
- Relevant team: The original docking person on our side is now upgraded to a related team member, mainly to manage the authority of upstream employees and downstream docking, and to confirm which upstream employees can connect with downstream.
