Generate Q&A Drafts with AI

1. Open a published online document; click Generate Q&A with AI.
2. Review generated pairs.
3. Edit/save approved pairs.

Overview

Before you start

• Role permission: your account must have edit permission for the target folder and AI usage conditions.
• Version: use the current Knowledge Base 2.0 interface.
• File conditions: source files meet the current size and parseable-format limits.

Steps

1. Enter the Q&A pair creation or edit page and click AI document-to-Q&A.
2. Select the source files. A single task supports up to 20 files.
3. Click Start generation. The system creates a task and closes the dialog.
4. View the generation progress in the task center.
5. After the task finishes, view the generated draft Q&A pairs in the target folder.
6. Check each standard question, similar questions, answer, applicable scope and referenced content, then modify and publish.

Usage boundaries

• Generated results are always saved as drafts and are never auto-published.
• Source files must meet the current online size and parseable-format limits.
• When document content is incomplete, poorly structured or image-heavy, the generated results may need significant manual revision.
• Split multiple different topics into different sources or tasks to avoid an overly broad generation scope.

Review suggestions

• Is the question expressing a single clear intent?
• Is the answer fully derived from the source material and free of outdated or incorrect content?
• Do the similar questions actually correspond to the same answer?
• Do you need to add a validity period, knowledge category, attachment or applicable conditions?

Expected results and verification

1. Reopen the page with the current account.
2. Confirm the target folder contains reviewable Q&A pair drafts.
