Task Center

The task center shows long-running tasks: batch upload, AI-to-Q&A, re-ingestion, web parsing. Filter by All/In Progress/Completed; cancel waiting tasks. Statuses: Waiting, In Progress, Completed, Failed, Cancelled.

Overview

The task center aggregates all knowledge-maintenance tasks in one place, so maintainers can review, approve and handle pending operations without switching between pages.

Before you start

  • You need a role with knowledge-maintenance permission (knowledge maintainer or space administrator).
  • Tasks shown in the center depend on the roles and spaces you can access.

Open the task center

  1. Enter the knowledge base from the homepage.
  2. Open the task center entry.
  3. All pending tasks assigned to you or your space are listed.
