Knowledge Space and Agent
Manage enterprise spaces (backend); configure Agent knowledge scope and Q&A; view AI Q&A records for tuning.
Overview
The knowledge space and Agent section covers the built-in knowledge assistant and how AI Q&A behaves: which entries it uses, how it answers, and where the answers are recorded. In Knowledge Base 2.0 the visibility boundary is set by front-end resource permissions, not backend settings.
The knowledge base Agent
- The knowledge base ships with a built-in knowledge assistant Agent (API name:
Copilot_knowledge) that acts as the in-enterprise Q&A assistant. - Entry points: the knowledge base homepage AI search, and AI assistant entry points configured in the Agent development platform.
- When a user asks a question:
- The Agent first matches standard Q&A pairs by exact keyword and semantic similarity. If the similarity exceeds the threshold, the stored answer is returned directly (stable, fast).
- If no Q&A pair matches, the Agent reasons over AI knowledge entries and generates an answer.
- The knowledge actually used by the Agent is bounded by the user’s front-end space and folder resource permissions; backend AI entry category permissions no longer participate.
Configure the Agent in an AI assistant
To add the knowledge assistant to an AI assistant entry:
- Assistant name: Knowledge assistant
- Assistant description: an assistant that quickly searches product functions, usage methods, implementation guidance and common difficulties, and answers clearly.
- AI assistant: select the knowledge base Agent (
Copilot_knowledge).
AI knowledge Q&A records
- The backend stores AI knowledge Q&A records (object: AI knowledge Q&A record) for every AI Q&A session.
- Viewable by the knowledge base administrator.
- Each record includes: record number, question, AI reply, answer type, number of referenced knowledge items, integrated object data, user feedback and consultation time.
- Use the filter bar (record number, question) and the export button to analyze Q&A quality.
- If the entry is missing, check the knowledge base application view menus and the object’s function/data permissions in the backend.
