Quick Start for Knowledge Users

Find and read knowledge with a single search.
Learning outcomes: open the homepage, search a knowledge item you can access, open details and verify content.

Prerequisites

Your account has knowledge base access; using 2.0 interface; can view at least one knowledge scope.

Steps

  1. Open Knowledge Base from the application entry; confirm enterprise/personal spaces are visible.
  2. In the center search box, choose Keyword Search and enter a title or keyword.
  3. From results, select the target knowledge item.
  4. On the detail page, verify content and source.
