Quick Start for Administrators

Complete knowledge base activation and member access verification.

Prerequisites

Enterprise/super administrator; enterprise has 2.0 access; prepare a regular test account.

Steps

  1. Enter the System Backend: click the gear icon (bottom-left) → Management Backend, check activation under Application List > Knowledge Base.
  2. Add the test account in the knowledge base application entry.
  3. Log back in with the test account; open Knowledge Base.
