Shows title, type, status, validity period, space/folder path, times, interaction data, body, attachments.
Attachment operations
- Find attachments on detail/list; click Preview.
- With download permission, click Download.
Sharing
- Click Share on the detail page.
- Copy the link and send it.
- Recipient access is checked against their own permissions (no inherited permissions).
