ShareCRM Agent Architecture
ShareCRM Agents run on a “plan, execute, evaluate” Agent Loop architecture. Agents run autonomously in a secure cloud sandbox and help frontline sales, managers, and operations staff complete complex CRM tasks through natural language.
What is Agent Studio
Agent Studio is the Setup console for ShareCRM Agents. It lets enterprise admins configure, manage, and publish agents in a visual, low-code way.

Agent discovery
All internal enterprise Agents can be discovered and called as SubAgents by ShareAgent (the main Agent). The Description field summarizes what an Agent does in one or two sentences. This is the main Agent’s first basis for deciding whether to call it.
