Prompt template quick start

Completion Conditions

• Your Setup administrator has enabled the prompt template permission in AI Platform Setup.
• You have been assigned the prompt template Personnel Role.

Create a prompt template

1. Go to AI Platform Setup → Prompt Templates, and click New.

1. Select the scenario category to determine the business use case for the prompt template in ShareCRM.

1. Set the primary object (required for all types except the Custom scenario type). The primary object determines where the prompt template can be used, and you can reference its data as variables in the prompt template.
2. (Optional) Turn on support image input, and select the image source (NPath or image URL).
3. (Optional) For a custom scenario type prompt, add custom prompt variables.
