Delivery Quick Start

Use a minimal example to quickly grasp the core delivery workflow.

Learning Objectives and Outcome

After completing this tutorial, you will be able to:
  1. Choose the right integration approach
  2. Complete connection authorization
  3. Orchestrate a complete integration flow
  4. Publish and enable the integration flow for automatic data synchronization

Prerequisites

❗
  • Prerequisite: The customer has purchased and activated the System Integration Platform product
  • Role permission: You need the relevant configuration permissions for the integration platform
  • Dependency: The target system (such as Feishu Bitable) has created an app and configured permissions

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Choose the Integration Approach

In the System Integration Platform, choose the integration approach based on the target system. If a prebuilt connector is available, prioritize it.

Step 2: Complete Connection Authorization

Go to Setup > System Integration Platform > Authorization Settings, click New Connection Authorization, and fill in the authorization information as prompted.

Step 3: Create the Integration Flow

Enter integration flow orchestration and create an integration flow. Select the target connector at the Trigger node, and fill in the Token, ID, and other information based on the target system’s URL.

Step 4: Configure Field Mapping

Enter the field mapping step and map source node fields to target node fields in the popup. Switch to the fixed-value method to configure fixed values when needed.

Step 5: Debug the Integration Flow

After saving, select a record and debug the integration flow node by node, adjusting the configuration based on error prompts until everything is correct.

Step 6: Publish and Enable

After debugging passes, publish the integration flow, then return to the integration flow list and enable it to start syncing data as configured.

Run and Verification

After enabling the integration flow in the list, the system syncs data according to the configured trigger method. You can view the Trigger log and data snapshot in run monitoring to confirm that data synced correctly.
