Quick Start
Orchestrate an order synchronization integration flow to grasp the core orchestration workflow.
Learning Objectives and Outcome
After completing this tutorial, you will be able to:
- Understand the Trigger and Action structure of an integration flow
- Orchestrate a complete integration flow
- Configure field mapping and conditional logic
Prerequisites
❗
- Role permission: You need the relevant configuration permissions for the integration platform
- Prerequisite configuration: Connection authorization is complete
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Understand the Integration Flow Structure
A typical integration flow includes a trigger method, data source, API calls, field mapping, and data transformation. It may also include conditional logic, branching, target system writes, exception handling, and logging.
Step 2: Create the Integration Flow
Enter integration flow orchestration, create an integration flow, and select the trigger event at the Trigger node.
Step 3: Configure the Action
Add an Action node and configure execution actions such as query, create, and update. Actions should follow the atomicity principle, with each Action performing only one clear operation.
Step 4: Configure Field Mapping
In the field mapping step, map source node fields to target node fields.
Step 5: Configure Conditional Logic
Based on business status or API results, configure conditional logic to route the integration flow into different branches.
Step 6: Debug and Publish
After saving, debug the integration flow node by node, adjusting the configuration based on error prompts until everything is correct, then publish.
Run and Verification
Using CRM order synchronization to ERP as an example, the typical flow is: CRM order approved → trigger integration flow → check whether the order exists in ERP. If not, create it; if it does, update it. Record the sync result on success, and log the exception and trigger a retry or manual handling on failure.
