How to Use Reports
I. Object-Oriented Overview
1.1 What is Object-Oriented Logging?
Provides standard PaaS object capabilities for collaborative business processes, addressing complex scenarios where CRM operations integrate with customer workflows.
1.2 How to Identify Object-Oriented Logs
If the Save Draft button appears when publishing a log, it is object-oriented.
To request object-oriented conversion, apply for the Log Object-Oriented beta feature to upgrade standard logs.
II. Non-Object-Oriented Logs
2.1 How to Create Logs
Entry Point: Only available in Feeds.
In Feeds, click Report at the top—Daily Plan is selected by default.
Today’s Summary, Tomorrow’s Plan, and Work Insights support Rich Text 1.0. To upgrade to 2.0, apply for Log Object-Oriented first, then Collaborative Rich Text 2.0.
Note: Log submissions are time-bound (no early or late submissions).
Example: If “Allow Late Submission” is disabled for daily reports, users can only submit on the same day—not retroactively. Early submissions trigger an error: “Early log submission not allowed.”
