How to Use Reports
I. Object-Oriented Explanation
1.1 What is Object-Oriented Logging?
- Provides standard PaaS object capabilities for collaborative business processes, addressing complex scenarios where customer workflows integrate with CRM operations.
1.2 How to Identify Object-Oriented Reports
- If the [Save Draft] button appears when publishing a report, it is object-oriented.
- To request object-oriented conversion, apply for the [Report Object-Oriented] beta feature to upgrade standard reports.
II. Non-Object-Oriented Reports
2.1 How to Create Reports
Entry Point: Only available in Feeds.
- Navigate to [Feeds] and click [Report]. The default record type is [Daily Plan].
- For sections like Today’s Summary, Tomorrow’s Plan, and Work Insights, rich text formatting follows v1.0 styling. To upgrade to v2.0, apply for the [Report Object-Oriented] beta, then request the [Collaborative Rich Text 2.0] beta.
Note: Reports have strict submission windows (no early or late submissions).
Example: If “Late Submission” is disabled for daily reports, users cannot submit reports for previous days. Attempting early submission triggers the error: “Early submission is not allowed.”

- Non-object-oriented reports can be deleted within 24 hours if unreviewed. Reviewed reports require deletion by a Feeds admin via Admin Console > Data Deletion Tool.
- Tip: Check for the [Save Draft] button to confirm object-oriented status.
III. Object-Oriented Reports
Object-oriented reports support creation in both [Feeds] and [Platform Apps] (e.g., CRM).
