Work Log Configuration
I. Report Object Settings
Access Path: [Admin Console > CRM Platform Management > Object Management > Preset Objects > Report]
1.1 Basic Information
Administrators can customize the report’s name, description, and other details.
1.2 Field List
Administrators can add or edit display fields for reports and configure field names displayed under different Record Types.
1.3 Field Dependencies
Used to establish dependencies between fields. Currently, only dependencies between Record Type (parent) and Review Status (child) are supported.
1.4 Role Permissions
Administrators can configure functional permissions for reports based on employee Roles within the organization.
1.5 Layouts
- Includes Detail Page Layout, Create/Edit Page Layout, List Page Layout, and Mobile Summary Layout (also applies to web summaries).
- Administrators can create new layouts or modify preset layouts, then assign them based on Roles and Record Types.
1.6 Layout Rules
Supports dynamic display logic for reports. Fields can trigger layout changes based on specific conditions during creation/editing.
1.7 Record Types
Administrators can create Record Types for different business scenarios and assign them to specific Roles. The system provides three default Record Types (Daily Plan, Weekly Plan, Monthly Plan), with options to create custom types.
- Daily Plan: Daily work reports. Admins can edit the Record Type and configure its layout.
- Weekly Plan: Weekly work reports. Admins can edit the Record Type and configure its layout.
- Monthly Plan: Monthly work reports. Admins can edit the Record Type and configure its layout.

1.8 Validation Rules
Administrators can set validation rules for report creation/editing to block non-compliant data.
Example: Reject submissions if the assigned manager’s department is not Sales.
1.9 Scenario Management
Includes preset scenarios to filter report ranges. Admins can create custom scenarios and set priority levels.

II. Report Management (Template Management)
- Non-objectified reports: Only editable by [Report Administrators].
- Objectified reports: Editable by [Report Administrators], [System Administrators], or [CRM Administrators].
- After creating Record Types in Object Management > Report, configure basic info in [Report Management/Template Management] to display them in the frontend.
- Click Edit to configure:
- Applicable scope
- Submission frequency
- Statistics toggle
- Other settings
Notes:
1. Report Administrators must be assigned via Management Role Configuration in Feeds.
2. Templates cannot be duplicated.

Assigning Report Administrator Roles
Key Settings:
a. Submission Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
b. Enable Statistics: Toggle to generate BI Reports data for custom Charts.
c. Fixed Reviewer: Set unmodifiable default reviewers for submissions.
d. Minimum Cc Scope: Baseline recipient list (users can add but not remove).
e. Start Time: Submissions before this time trigger “Out of Range” alerts.
f. Deadline:
- On-time submissions must occur before this time.
- Daily reports may set the next day as the deadline.
g. Reminder Time: Chats sends automated reminders n hours before deadlines.
h. Late Submissions:
- Allowed: Marked as “Late”.
- Disallowed: Blocked post-deadline.
Note: Time settings (start/deadline) support hourly precision only (no minutes).
