Work Report Configuration

I. Report Object Configuration

Access Path: [Backend Management > CRM Platform Management > Object Management > Preset Object Management > Report]

1.1 Basic Information

Administrators can customize the report name, description, and other details.

1.2 Field List

Administrators can add or edit display fields for reports and configure field names for different record types.

1.3 Field Dependencies

Used to establish dependencies between fields. Currently, only dependencies between record types (parent) and review status (child) are supported.

1.4 Role Permissions

Administrators can set functional permissions for reports based on employee roles within the organization.

1.5 Layouts

  • Includes detail page layout, create/edit page layout, list page layout, and mobile summary layout (also applies to web summary layout).
  • Administrators can create new layouts or edit preset layouts, then assign them based on roles and record types.

1.6 Layout Rules

Supports dynamic display rules for report layouts. Fields can dynamically change based on specific conditions or during report creation/editing.

1.7 Record Types

Administrators can create record types for different business scenarios and assign them to specific roles. The system defaults to three record types (Daily Plan, Weekly Plan, Monthly Plan), with options to create custom types.
- Daily Plan: Daily work reports. Administrators can edit the record type and configure its layout.
- Weekly Plan: Weekly work reports. Administrators can edit the record type and configure its layout.
- Monthly Plan: Monthly work reports. Administrators can edit the record type and configure its layout.

1.8 Validation Rules

Administrators can set validation rules for report creation/editing to block non-compliant data. Example: If an employee submits a report, the system checks whether their manager’s department is Sales. If not, an error message is displayed, and the submission fails.

1.9 Scenario Management

Default scenarios help users narrow report ranges. Administrators can also create custom scenarios and set priorities.
