How to Use the Data Cleansing Tool
1. Access Path
[Admin Console] > [CRM Management] > [Data Maintenance Tools] > [Data Cleansing Tool]

Note: 1. The Data Cleansing Tool only supports batch cleansing for preset objects: Accounts, Contacts, and Leads. 2. Data scope for cleansing: All records created before midnight of the previous day (including voided records). Cleansing occurs between 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM the following day.
2. Configuring Cleansing Rules

Default cleansing rules for Accounts: - (Account Name) OR - (Account Name AND Phone) OR - (Account Name AND Detailed Address) OR - (Website AND Phone) OR - (Website AND Detailed Address) All queries use exact matching.

Default cleansing rules for Contacts: - (Full Name AND Account Name AND Phone) OR - (Full Name AND Account Name AND Mobile) All queries use exact matching.

Default cleansing rules for Leads: - (Full Name AND Company AND Phone) OR - (Full Name AND Company AND Mobile) All queries use exact matching.

Administrators can customize cleansing rules according to specific business requirements to identify and merge duplicate records.
