Data Cleansing Tool Overview


Leads, Accounts, and Contacts are fundamental data entities in the CRM system. To ensure the system operates correctly and efficiently, you can use the Data Cleansing tool to merge records identified as duplicates.

When you collect a large volume of Leads, you should remove unnecessary records such as unimportant or duplicate entries. The goal is to reduce data volume and retain useful information for subsequent use.

Note:

  1. The Data Cleansing tool supports bulk cleansing only for the predefined objects: Accounts, Contact, and Leads.
  2. The cleansing scope includes records up to 00:00 of the day before the cleansing run; this includes voided (deleted/invalidated) records. Cleansing is performed between 00:00 and 06:00 the following day.
