Leads, Accounts, and Contacts are fundamental and critical data in a CRM system. To ensure proper and efficient system usage, you can leverage the deduplication tool to merge identified duplicate records.

When collecting a large volume of leads, it’s necessary to clean up unnecessary or redundant data. This process simplifies your database by retaining only valuable information for future use.

Note: 1. The deduplication tool only supports batch processing for predefined objects: Accounts, Contacts, and Leads. 2. The deduplication scope includes all data created before midnight prior to the cleaning day (including voided records). The cleaning process runs between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM the following day.
