Goal Completion Analysis

Step 3 of Multi-dimensional Goal Management Process: Goal Achievement Analysis

1. System-Preset Goal Achievement Dashboard Analysis

The system provides three preset dashboards for analyzing goal achievement under different evaluation criteria:

  • Employee Goal Achievement: Filters only support goal rules with “Employee” as the evaluation object. When editing this dashboard, you can only add charts analyzing employee performance or non-goal-related statistics.
  • Account Goal Achievement: Filters only support goal rules with “Account” as the evaluation object and “Account Name” as the evaluation dimension. Dashboard editing is limited to adding charts analyzing these specific rules.
  • Product Goal Achievement: Filters only support goal rules with “Product” as the evaluation object and “Product Name” as the evaluation dimension. Only relevant charts can be added when editing this dashboard.

1.1 Employee Goal Achievement

  • Access: Navigate to “Goal Achievement” > “Employee Goal Achievement”

Global Filters: - Goal Rules: Select visible, active rules where the evaluation object is “Employee”. - Visibility scope: Rules applicable to me, my subordinates, my responsible departments, or rules where I have visibility to employee goal values. - Personnel: Filter by department or employee within the rule’s applicable scope. - Department filter logic: - Target value: Sum of values set at department level - Achievement value: Sum of values from employees in selected departments (including sub-departments) - Employee filter logic: - Target value: Sum of values assigned to selected employees - Achievement value: Sum of values from selected employees (including former employees under “Inactive Employees” tab) - Date Filter: Currently supports custom date ranges (fiscal year support coming soon). - Date filtering applies to the “Statistical Date” field defined in goal rules.

  • Admin Actions: CRM and report administrators can modify the “Employee Goal Achievement” dashboard layout and charts in “Data Dashboards”. Note: Only employee-focused goal analysis charts can be added.

1.2 Account Goal Achievement

  • Access: Navigate to “Goal Achievement” > “Account Goal Achievement”

Global Filters: - Goal Rules: Select visible rules where evaluation object is “Account” and dimension is “Account Name”. - Visibility scope: Rules applicable to me, my subordinates, my responsible departments, or rules where I have visibility to account goal values. - Personnel: Filters apply to the “Primary Responsible Department” condition in account goal charts. - Target value: Sum of values set for accounts under selected departments - Achievement value: Sum of values from accounts under selected departments - Date Filter: Same logic as employee dashboard.

  • Admin Actions: Administrators can customize this dashboard, but only account-focused charts can be added.

1.3 Product Goal Achievement

  • Access: Navigate to “Goal Achievement” > “Product Goal Achievement”

Global Filters: - Goal Rules: Select visible rules where evaluation object is “Product” and dimension is “Product Name”. - Visibility scope: Rules applicable to me, my subordinates, my responsible departments, or rules where I have visibility to product goal values. - Date Filter: Same logic as other dashboards.

  • Admin Actions: Administrators can customize this dashboard, but only product-focused charts can be added.

2. Creating New Goal Analysis Charts

Different evaluation rules require analysis under different subjects:

Evaluation Object Evaluation Dimension Supported Subjects Chart Creation Entry
Employee Dept.-Employee Name Employee Subject, Dept. Subject or Goal Analysis Subject 1) Reports > New Chart > From Template > Employee Performance Analysis
2) Reports > New Chart > From Template > Department Analysis
3) Reports > New Chart > From Template > Goal Analysis
4) Reports > New Chart > Custom Theme > Goal Analysis
Account Account Name Account Subject Reports > New Chart > From Template > Account Analysis
Account Province/City, etc. Goal Analysis Subject Reports > New Chart > Custom Theme > Goal Analysis
Product Product Name Product Subject Reports > New Chart > From Template > Product Analysis
Product Product Category, etc. Goal Analysis Subject Reports > New Chart > Custom Theme > Goal Analysis
Partner Partner Name Partner Subject Reports > New Chart > Custom Theme > Partner Statistics
Partner Province/City, etc. Goal Analysis Subject Reports > New Chart > Custom Theme > Goal Analysis

Key differences: - Chart permissions follow subject permissions - Goal Analysis Subject only supports target/achievement metrics; other subjects allow combined analysis with additional metrics
