Target Completion Analysis

Step 3 of Multi-dimensional Goal Management Process: Goal Achievement Analysis

I. System-Preset Dashboard Analysis for Goal Completion

Three dashboards are preset to analyze the completion status of goals based on different assessment objects: personnel, accounts, and products.
  • Personnel Goal Completion: The global filter for goal rules only supports switching the assessment object to “Personnel.” Editing this dashboard only supports adding charts that analyze personnel assessment and non-goal charts.
  • Account Goal Completion: The global filter for goal rules only supports switching the assessment object to “Account” with the assessment dimension as “Account Name.” Editing this dashboard only supports adding charts that analyze this type of rule and non-goal charts.
  • Product Goal Completion: The global filter for goal rules only supports switching the assessment object to “Product” with the assessment dimension as “Product Name.” Editing this dashboard only supports adding charts that analyze this type of rule and non-goal charts.

1.1 Personnel Goal Completion

  • Entry: “Personnel Goal Completion” under the “Goal Completion” menu
    • Dashboard Global Filter:
      • Goal Rules: Select visible, non-disabled goal rules for the current user, only supporting switching the assessment object to “Personnel.”
        • Visible Rule Scope: Includes rules applicable to me, my subordinates, departments I am responsible for, and rules with visible “Personnel” goal values.
      • Personnel: Choose departments or employees within the applicable scope of the goal rules.
        • Department Filter Logic:
          • Goal Value: Taken from the goal value set on the department; when multiple departments are selected, it is the sum of the goal values set on these departments.
          • Completion Value: Sum of completion values for people whose primary department is this department and its sub-departments.
        • Employee Filter Logic:
          • Goal Value: Sum of goal values set for employees.
          • Completion Value: Sum of completion values for these employees; specific departed personnel can be selected under the “Departed Employees” tab.
      • Date Filter: Fiscal year filtering is not yet supported, but will be soon. Currently, custom time periods need to be selected from the fiscal year’s start month to end month.
        • Date Meaning for Completion Value Filtering in Charts: The globally filtered date will be passed into the “Date” field in the chart data range, which actually filters the “Completion Value” corresponding to the “Statistic Date” field defined in the goal rule.
  • CRM administrators and report administrators can adjust the layout or included chart modules of the preset “Personnel Goal Completion” dashboard in “Dashboards,” with modifications effective for all users. Note: Editing this dashboard only supports adding charts that analyze personnel assessment goals.

1.2 Account Goal Completion

  • Entry: “Account Goal Completion” under the “Goal Completion” menu
    • Dashboard Global Filter:
      • Goal Rules: Select visible, non-disabled goal rules for the current user, only supporting switching the assessment object to “Account” with the assessment dimension as “Account Name.”
        • Visible Rule Scope: Includes rules applicable to me, my subordinates, departments I am responsible for, and rules with visible “Account” goal values.
      • Personnel: Values are passed to the account goal chart - “Account Responsible Primary Department” condition. The core query logic is: first query accounts where “Account Responsible Primary Department” is the selected department or “Account Responsible” is the selected employee, then query the corresponding goal values and completion values for these accounts.
        • Goal Value: Query accounts through “Primary Department,” then query the sum of goal values set on the accounts.
        • Completion Value: Query accounts through “Primary Department,” then query the sum of completion values corresponding to the accounts.
  • CRM administrators and report administrators can adjust the layout or included chart modules of the preset “Account Goal Completion” dashboard as needed, with modifications effective for all users. Note: Editing this dashboard only supports adding charts that analyze assessment objects as “Account” with the assessment dimension as “Account Name.”

1.3 Product Goal Completion

  • Entry: “Product Goal Completion” under the “Goal Completion” menu
    • Dashboard Global Filter:
      • Goal Rules: Select visible, non-disabled goal rules for the current user, only supporting switching the assessment object to “Product” with the assessment dimension as “Product Name.”
        • Visible Rule Scope: Includes rules applicable to me, my subordinates, departments I am responsible for, and rules with visible “Product” goal values.
  • CRM administrators and report administrators can adjust the layout or included chart modules of the preset “Product Goal Completion” dashboard as needed, with modifications effective for all users. Note: Editing this dashboard only supports adding charts that analyze assessment objects as “Product” with the assessment dimension as “Product Name.”

II. Creating New Goal Analysis Charts

Different assessment rules require analysis of goal completion under different subjects:
Assessment Object Assessment Dimension Supported Analysis Subject New Chart Entry
Personnel Dept.-Employee Name Employee Subject, Dept. Subject, or Goal Analysis Subject First: Reports - New Chart - From Template - Template under Personnel Performance Analysis
Second: Reports - New Chart - From Template - Template under Dept. Analysis
Third: Reports - New Chart - From Template - Template under Goal Analysis
Fourth: Reports - New Chart - Custom Theme - Goal Analysis
Account Account Name Account Subject Reports - New Chart - From Template - Template under Account Analysis
Account Province/City, etc. Goal Analysis Subject Reports - New Chart - Custom Theme - Goal Analysis
Product Product Name Product Subject Reports - New Chart - From Template - Template under Product Analysis
Product Product Category, etc. Goal Analysis Subject Reports - New Chart - Custom Theme - Goal Analysis
Partner Partner Name Partner Subject Reports - New Chart - Custom Theme - Partner Statistics
Partner Province/City, etc. Goal Analysis Subject Reports - New Chart - Custom Theme - Goal Analysis
Differences: - Chart permissions follow object subject permissions. - Only goal value and completion value indicators can be analyzed under the Goal Analysis Subject; goal value, completion value, and other indicators can be jointly analyzed under Personnel, Account, Product, and Partner Subjects.

2.1 Creating from System-Preset Templates

2.1.1 Employee Analysis Template

  • Under Employee Subject and Goal Subject, personnel goal achievement can be analyzed. When analyzing department goal achievement (using primary department as dimension), it refers to the personnel’s primary department.
  • If analysis by data’s affiliated department is needed, use “Dept. Subject” for analysis, and select “Affiliated Department” in the goal rule configuration.
  • Two templates related to goal analysis are preset under “Personnel Performance Analysis,” only supporting analysis of personnel assessment goal rules.

  • Goal charts created through “Employee Subject” can achieve joint analysis of goal value, completion value, and other indicators.
