BI Components in Channel Portal


Web Portal

The web portal supports the following BI components:

  • Basic component: Filter

  • Business component: Chart

For downstream chart viewing permissions, refer to BI Permissions in Interconnection Scenarios.

1.1 Configuration Process

You can use BI components when creating a new template under:
Admin Console > Interconnection Management > Channel Portal Management

1.1.1 Filter

Only one filter component can be added per homepage in the channel portal.

  • Component Settings

    • Preset chart global filtering: Configure whether employee and date fields in preset charts are affected by global filters

    • Custom chart global filtering: Configure whether employee and date fields in custom charts are affected by global filters

    • Default filter values: Set default values and determine if users can modify filter conditions

      • Employee: Default options include Individual, All, or My Responsible Departments

      • Date: Set a specific date or date range as default

    • Delete added components in the operation area

    • Note: Personnel filtering applies to external chart owners

1.1.2 Chart

After dragging the Chart component, select previously created charts (maximum 10 per selection).

  • Note: Available charts are limited to those created based on downstream-visible object subjects in the interconnection app, including statistic charts and reports where the main business module is a downstream-visible object.

    • Component height: Adjust the height of chart components

    • Modify display names in the operation area

    • Delete added components in the operation area

1.1.3 Split-Screen View

After dragging the Split-Screen View component, select previously created BI resources. Different interconnection apps will display corresponding components.

    • Add folders containing previously created charts

    • Delete added components in the operation area

Mobile Portal

The mobile portal supports the same BI components as the web version:

  • Basic component: Filter

  • Business component: Chart
