BI Components in Object List Page

I. Web Interface

The web interface object list page supports the following BI components:
  • General Components: Chart, Filter, Dashboard.

1.1 Configuration Process

Navigate to Backend Management > Object Management > Preset Object Management/Custom Object Management, click on the object name. In the object’s Layout > List Page > List Page Layout, you can use BI components when creating/editing the object list page on the web interface.

1.1.1 Chart

After dragging the Chart component, you need to select the previously created charts. You can choose up to 10 charts at a time. The selectable charts include Statistic Charts from the current object Subject and Employee Subject, and Reports where the main business module is the current object.
  • Component Settings
    • Name: You can modify the display name.
    • Height: You can configure the height of the added chart component.
    • Height Auto-Adjustment (only for table-type chart components): You can configure the component height to adjust according to actual data.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.

1.1.2 Filter

In the Account object, Leads object, Sales Order object, Payment Collection object, and Opportunity 2.0 object list pages, when configuring the Filter component, only one can be added per object list page.
  • Component Settings
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.

1.1.3 Dashboard

After dragging the Dashboard component, you need to select the previously created dashboard.

  • Component Settings
    • Supports adjusting the display order of added dashboards.
    • Supports adding dashboards again.
    • Supports deleting added components.
    • Supports setting whether the dashboard height is auto-adjustable.
    • When only one dashboard is added within the component, the title can be hidden.

1.1.4 Campaign Insights

In the Campaign object list page, when configuring the Campaign Insights component, only one can be added per object list page.
  • Component Settings
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.
