BI Components on the Object Detail Page


I. Web Version

The web version object detail page supports the following BI components:
  • General Components: Chart.

1.1 Configuration Process

In the backend management, navigate to Object Management > Preset Object Management/Custom Object Management, click on the object name. In the object’s layout > Detail Page > Detail Page Layout, you can use BI components when creating/editing the object detail page on the web version.

1.1.1 Chart

After dragging the Chart component, you need to select the previously created charts. You can select up to 10 charts at a time.
Note: Sub-object refers to Lookup Relationship, and Sub-object refers to Master-Detail Relationship.
  • Component Settings
    • Name: You can modify the display name.
    • Height: You can configure the height of the added chart component.
    • Height Auto-Adjustment (only for table-type chart components): You can configure the component height to adjust according to actual data.
    • Input Rule Configuration:
      • Input Master Attribute: When checked, the master attribute fields on the detail page will be included in the chart data range.
      • Receiving Fields: You can select Dept. type, Lookup Relationship type, Personnel type fields, or date type fields in the chart data range to receive the values from input fields.
      • Input Fields: You can use Dept. type, Lookup Relationship type, Personnel type fields, or date type fields on this object as input conditions to be passed to the selected receiving fields.
    • Component Display Conditions: You can set conditions for when the component should be displayed.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.

1.1.2 Dashboard

After dragging the Dashboard component, you need to select the previously created dashboard.

  • Component Settings
    • Supports adjusting the display order of added dashboards.
    • Supports adding dashboards again.
    • Supports deleting added components.
    • Supports setting whether the dashboard height is auto-adjustable.
    • When only one dashboard is added within the component, it supports hiding the title.

II. Mobile Version

The mobile version object detail page supports the following BI components:
  • General Components: Chart, Dashboard.

2.1 Configuration Process

In the backend management, navigate to Object Management > Preset Object Management/Custom Object Management, click on the object name. In the object’s layout > Detail Page > Detail Page Layout, you can use BI components when creating/editing the object detail page on the mobile version.
The mobile version object detail page layout has two layout options:
  • Use PC Layout: No separate configuration is needed, it uses the web version layout configuration.
  • Independent Layout: Customize the mobile version layout according to your needs.

2.1.2 Independent Layout Configuration

2.1.2.1 Chart
After dragging the Chart component, you need to select the previously created charts. You can select up to 10 charts at a time. The selectable chart range includes Statistic Chart of this object’s Subject + Sub-object/Sub-object Subject and Reports where the main business module is this object.
Note: Sub-object refers to Lookup Relationship, and Sub-object refers to Master-Detail Relationship.
  • Component Settings
    • Name: You can modify the display name.
    • Component Display Conditions: You can set conditions for when the component should be displayed.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.
Note: After placing the chart component into the object detail page, it will default to inputting the master attribute of this object as the data range.
