BI Components in App Custom Pages

I. Web Version

The web version supports the following BI components for App Custom Pages:
  • General Components: Charts, Filters, Split-Screen View, Dashboard.

1.1 Configuration Process

In the backend management, navigate to Interface Customization Management > App Custom Pages > Create New App Custom Page to create/edit App Custom Pages using BI components.

1.1.1 Filter

When configuring the Filter component in App Custom Pages, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • Preset Chart Global Filter: Configure whether the preset charts for Employee and Date are affected by the global filter.
    • Custom Chart Global Filter: Configure whether the custom charts for Employee and Date are affected by the global filter.
    • Default Global Filter Values: Set default values for global filters and whether users can change filter conditions.
      • Employee: Configure Personal, All, and My Responsibilities as default values.
      • Date: Configure a specific date or time period as default values.
    • Components can be deleted in the operation area.

1.1.2 Chart

After dragging the Chart component, select previously created charts, with a maximum of 10 charts per selection.

  • Component Settings
    • Component Height: Configure the height of the added chart component.
    • Height Auto-Adjustment (for table-type chart components only): Configure component height to adjust based on actual data.
    • Modify the display name of added components in the operation area.
    • Delete added components in the operation area.

1.1.3 Split-Screen View

After dragging the Split-Screen View component, select previously created BI resources.

  • Component Settings
    • Support adding folders, with charts that have been created added within folders.
    • Delete added components in the operation area.

1.1.4 Dashboard

After dragging the Dashboard component, select previously created dashboards.

  • Component Settings
    • Adjust the display order of added dashboards.
    • Add dashboards again.
    • Delete added components.
    • Set whether the dashboard height is auto-adjustable.
    • Hide the title when only one dashboard is added within the component.

II. Mobile Version

The mobile version supports the following BI components for App Custom Pages:
  • Basic Components: Filters, Charts, Dashboard.
  • Preset Components: Sales Briefing, Lead Conversion, Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount).

2.1 Configuration Process

In the backend management, navigate to Interface Customization Management > Mobile App Custom Pages > Page Template Management to create/edit App Custom Pages using BI components.

2.1.1 Filter

When configuring the Filter component in App Custom Pages, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings

When configuring the Sales Briefing component in App Custom Pages, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • Modify the display name of added components in the operation area.
    • Delete added components in the operation area.
  • Data Analysis
    • Number of New Accounts
    • Number of New Opportunity 2.0
    • Account Visits (Advanced Fieldwork)
    • Number of New Contacts
    • Stage Changes in Opportunity 2.0
    • Number of New Follow-Up Activities

2.1.5 Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount)

When configuring the Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount) component in App Custom Pages, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • Component Height: Configure the height of the added chart component.
    • Modify the display name of added components in the operation area.
    • Delete added components in the operation area.
  • Data Analysis
    • Opportunity Amount in each Opportunity stage.
    • Total Opportunity Amount.

2.1.6 Lead Conversion

When configuring the Lead Conversion component in App Custom Pages, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • Modify the display name of added components in the operation area.
    • Delete added components in the operation area.
  • Data Analysis
    • Total number of Leads
    • Number of Leads converted to Accounts/Conversion Rate
    • Number of Leads converted to Opportunity 2.0/Conversion Rate
    • Opportunity Amount
    • Number of Leads converted to Sales Orders/Conversion Rate
