Home Page BI Components

I. Web Version

The homepage of the web version supports the following BI components:
  • Basic Components: Filter, Chart;
  • Preset Components: Sales Briefing, Payment Collection Statistics, Leads Conversion, Leaderboard, Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount), Employee Target Completion Rate Ranking, Dept. Target Completion Status, Order Statistics, Refund Statistics, Sales Stage Conversion Analysis, Target Completion Rate, Annual Target Completion Status.

1.1 Configuration Process

In the Admin Panel > Interface Customization Management > CRM Homepage Customization > Homepage Template Management and CRM > Homepage > New Homepage, you can use BI components when creating/editing homepage templates.

1.1.1 Filter

When configuring the Filter component on the homepage, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • Whether preset charts require global filtering: You can configure whether the “Employee” and “Date” in preset charts are affected by global filtering.
    • Whether custom charts require global filtering: You can configure whether the “Employee” and “Date” in custom charts are affected by global filtering.
    • Default value settings for global filter conditions: You can set default values for global filters and whether users are allowed to change filter conditions.
  • You can configure chart-level filtering for the global filter component, setting whether each chart participates in global filtering or the data range affected by the global filter component.
    • You can configure whether the global filter component is sticky when viewed.
      • Employee: You can configure “Personal,” “All,” and “My Responsibilities” as default values.
      • Date: You can configure a specific date or time period as the default value.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.

1.1.2 Chart

After dragging the Chart component, you need to select the previously created charts, with a maximum of 10 charts selectable at a time.

  • Component Settings
    • Component Height: You can configure the height of the added chart component.
    • Height Auto-Adjustment (only for table-type chart components): You can configure the component height to adjust according to actual data.
    • You can modify the display name of the added component in the operation area.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.

1.1.3 Sales Briefing

When configuring the Sales Briefing component on the homepage, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • You can modify the display name of the added component in the operation area.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.
  • Analyzed Data
    • Number of New Accounts
    • New Opportunity 2.0
    • Account Visits (Advanced Fieldwork)
    • New Contacts
    • Opportunity 2.0 with Stage Changes
    • New Follow-Up Activity

1.1.4 Payment Collection Statistics

When configuring the Payment Collection Statistics component on the homepage, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • You can modify the display name of the added component in the operation area.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.

    • Total Payment Collection
    • Total Amount
    • Confirmed
    • Pending Confirmation

1.1.5 Leads Conversion

When configuring the Leads Conversion component on the homepage, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • You can modify the display name of the added component in the operation area.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.
  • Analyzed Data
    • Total Number of Sales Leads
    • Number of Sales Leads Converted to Accounts/Conversion Rate
    • Sales Leads Converted to Opportunity 2.0 Data/Conversion Rate
    • Opportunity Amount
    • Number of Sales Leads Converted to Sales Orders/Conversion Rate

1.1.6 Leaderboard

When configuring the Leaderboard component on the homepage, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.
  • Analyzed Data
    • Ranking of Personnel by Order Amount
    • For specific meanings of indicators, please refer to Homepage Preset Charts.
    • Only data up to 23:59:59 of the previous day is counted; data from the current day is not included in the ranking.

1.1.7 Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount)

When configuring the Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount) component on the homepage, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • You can modify the display name of the added component in the operation area.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.
  • Analyzed Data
    • Opportunity Amount at Each Opportunity Stage;
    • Total Opportunity Amount;

1.1.8 Employee Target Completion Rate Ranking

When configuring the Employee Target Completion Rate Ranking component on the homepage, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • Component Height: You can configure the height of the added chart component.
    • You can modify the display name of the added component in the operation area.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.
  • Analyzed Data
    • Target Completion Rate of Each Employee;

When configuring the Dept. Target Completion Status component on the homepage, only one can be added per homepage.

II. Mobile Version

The homepage of the mobile version supports the same BI components as the web version, including:
  • Basic Components: Filter, Chart;
  • Preset Components: Sales Briefing, Payment Collection Statistics, Leads Conversion, Leaderboard, Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount), Employee Target Completion Rate Ranking, Dept. Target Completion Status, Order Statistics, Refund Statistics, Sales Stage Conversion Analysis, Target Completion Rate, Annual Target Completion Status.

2.1 Configuration Process

The mobile homepage follows the configuration of the web version and does not require separate configuration.
