BI Components in Channel Portals


I. Web Version

The web version of Channel Portals supports the following BI components:
  • Basic Component: Filter
  • Business Component: Chart
For downstream chart viewing permissions, please refer to BI Permissions in Connected Scenarios.

1.1 Configuration Process

When creating a new template in the Admin Backend > External Apps Management > Channel Portals Management, you can use BI components.

1.1.1 Filter

When configuring the Filter component in the Channel Portals, only one can be added per homepage.
  • Component Settings
    • Determine if preset charts require global filtering: Configure whether the Employee and Date in preset charts are affected by global filtering.
    • Determine if custom charts require global filtering: Configure whether the Employee and Date in custom charts are affected by global filtering.
    • Default settings for global filter conditions: Set default values for global filters and whether users are allowed to change filter conditions.
      • Employee: Configure Personal, All, and My Responsibilities as default values.
      • Date: Configure a specific date or time period as the default value.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.
    • Note: Personnel filtering is for filtering the external person in charge of the chart.

1.1.2 Chart

After dragging the Chart component, you need to select the previously created charts, with a maximum of 10 charts selectable at a time.
  • Note: The range of selectable charts for each chart component in External Apps is based on the Statistic Chart created from the downstream visible object subject set in the External Apps and the Reports where the main business module is a downstream visible object.

  • Component Settings
    • Component Height: Configure the height of the added chart component.
    • You can modify the display name of the added component in the operation area.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.

1.1.3 Split-Screen View

After dragging the Split-Screen View component, you need to select the previously created BI resources, with different components corresponding to different External Apps.

  • Component Settings
    • Support adding folders, and charts that have been created can be added within folders.
    • You can delete added components in the operation area.

II. Mobile Version

The mobile version of Channel Portals supports the same BI components as the web version, including:
  • Basic Component: Filter
  • Business Component: Chart
