BI Components on the Homepage

1. Web

The web homepage supports the following BI components:

  • Basic components: Filter, Chart;
  • Preset components: Sales Briefing, Payment Collection Statistics, Leads Conversion, Leaderboard, Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount), Employee Target Completion Ranking, Departments Target Completion, Sales Order Statistics, Refund Statistics, Sales Stage Conversion Analysis, Target Completion Rate, Annual Target Completion.

1.1 Configuration Flow

You can add BI components when creating or editing homepage templates at Admin > Interface Customization > CRM Homepage Customization > Homepage Template Management and CRM > Homepage > New Homepage.

1.1.1 Filter

Each homepage may contain only one Filter component.

  • Component settings
    • Whether preset charts follow global filtering: configure whether Employee and Date in preset charts are affected by the global Filter;
    • Whether custom charts follow global filtering: configure whether Employee and Date in custom charts are affected by the global Filter;
    • Global Filter default values: set default values for global Filter and allow/disallow users to change them.
  • Configure chart-level participation in the global Filter: set whether each chart participates in global filtering or define the data scope affected by the global Filter per chart;
    • Configure whether the global Filter sticks to the top when viewing;
      • Employee: default options can be Personal, All, and My Responsibilities;
      • Date: default can be a specific date or a date range.
    • You can delete added components from the action area.

1.1.2 Chart

After dragging a Chart component, select from previously created charts. You can select up to 10 charts per Chart component.

  • Component settings
    • Component height: set the display height for the added chart component;
    • Auto height (table-type chart only): allow the component height to adapt to actual data;
    • Edit the display name of added components in the action area;
    • Delete added components in the action area.

1.1.3 Sales Briefing

Each homepage may contain only one Sales Briefing component.

  • Component settings
    • Edit the display name of the added component in the action area;
    • Delete the added component in the action area.
  • Data analyzed
    • New Accounts
    • New Opportunity 2.0
    • Account Visits (Advanced Fieldwork)
    • New Contacts
    • Opportunity 2.0 stage changes
    • New Follow-Up Activity

Each homepage may contain only one Payment Collection Statistics component.

Each homepage may contain only one Leads Conversion component.

  • Component settings
    • Edit the display name of the added component in the action area;
    • Delete the added component in the action area.

    • Total number of Sales Leads
    • Number/Conversion rate of leads converted to Accounts
    • Number/Conversion rate of leads converted to Opportunity 2.0
    • Opportunity Amount
    • Number/Conversion rate of leads converted to Sales Orders

1.1.6 Leaderboard

Each homepage may contain only one Leaderboard component.

  • Component settings
    • Delete the added component in the action area.
  • Data analyzed
    • Ranking of personnel by Sales Order amount

    • Only data up to 23:59:59 of the previous day are counted; same-day data are excluded from rankings.

1.1.7 Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount)

Each homepage may contain only one Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount) component.

  • Component settings
    • Edit the display name of the added component in the action area;
    • Delete the added component in the action area.
  • Data analyzed
    • Opportunity Amount by Opportunity Stage
    • Total Opportunity Amount

Each homepage may contain only one Employee Target Completion Ranking component.

2. Mobile

The mobile homepage supports the same BI components as the web:

  • Basic components: Filter, Chart;
  • Preset components: Sales Briefing, Payment Collection Statistics, Leads Conversion, Leaderboard, Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount), Employee Target Completion Ranking, Departments Target Completion, Sales Order Statistics, Refund Statistics, Sales Stage Conversion Analysis, Target Completion Rate, Annual Target Completion.

2.1 Configuration Flow

Mobile homepage reuses the web configuration and does not require separate setup.
