Manage invalid email addresses
Review the addresses that future email sends automatically filter.
Overview
Invalid Email records addresses with invalid address errors, unsubscribes, or spam complaints from previous sends.
Future sends automatically filter these addresses.
Before you begin
- To remove an entry, identify an address already recorded in Invalid Email.
Review and remove an entry
- Open Email Marketing > Invalid Email.
- Review the addresses and their Last Send Status.
- Select an entry when it is no longer applicable.
- Click Bulk Remove to remove the selected entry.
Expected result
The removed entry no longer appears in Invalid Email.
Future sends automatically filter the addresses that remain in the list.
