Stocking And Sorting

Print stocking lists and sorting lists from sales orders to improve warehouse and delivery efficiency.

Overview

💡 Stocking lists and sorting lists summarize the delivery requirements of multiple sales orders by dimension. A stocking list aggregates by warehouse, and a sorting list aggregates by store, helping warehouse and delivery staff work quickly.

Before you begin

❗
  • Role permissions: You need print operation permissions for sales orders.
  • Data Range: You can only aggregate sales orders whose Shipment Status is “Pending Shipment” or “Partial Shipment”.

Print a stocking list

  1. In the Sales Order list, select the target sales orders.
  2. Click Print Stocking List.
  3. The system generates the item quantity summary for each warehouse separately, and merges identical products.
📝
Stocking list aggregation rule: aggregate by “same warehouse + same product”; Shipment Quantity This Time = Quantity − Quantity Shipped; counted by sales order unit, and the same product in different units is shown in separate rows.

Print a sorting list

  1. In the Sales Order list, select the target sales orders.
  2. Click Print Sorting List.
  3. The system generates the item quantity summary for each store separately, and merges identical products.
📝
The sorting list merges and prints only by store level, regardless of warehouse. Shipment Quantity This Time = Quantity − Quantity Shipped; the same product in different units is shown in separate rows.

Expected results and verification

  • The stocking list presents aggregation by warehouse dimension, which facilitates warehouse picking.
  • The sorting list presents aggregation by store dimension, which facilitates delivery by store.
