Price And Availability Settings
Configure the Price Book and availability control at order placement.
Overview
💡 Use Price & Availability settings to control ordering by the price applicable to the account and the availability scope.
This both enforces pricing strategy and prevents presenting non-sellable products to accounts.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must be a System Admin with price and availability management permission.

Completion Conditions: The product master and Price Books are maintained.

Impact scope: The configuration affects the price and selectable product scope for all FMCG ordering.
Configuration steps
- Go to Setup > Price Management Configuration.
- Configure the Price Book: whether to enable Price Book management and whether to force the highest-priority Price Book price.
- Configure availability: whether to enable availability and whether to enforce availability priority.
- Save the settings and notify relevant roles to verify.
📝
Both the Price Book and availability support priority settings; the system applies the corresponding control at the highest priority.
Verification
- On the mobile client during Van Sales / Order Solicitation ordering, confirm prices display by Price Book Priority.
- Confirm non-sellable products are not in the selectable scope.
