💡 Use Van Sales & Order Solicitation basic settings to enable and calibrate the underlying capabilities such as field sales orders and procurement, sales, and inventory.
These are the foundational switches that let Van Sales and Order Solicitation operations flow normally.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must be a System Admin or a Field Operations App Admin with Van Sales / Order Solicitation settings permission.

Completion Conditions: The FMCG Ordering app is activated.

Impact scope: The configuration affects the availability of field sales orders and procurement, sales, and inventory functions.
Configuration steps
- Go to the Van Sales / Order Solicitation settings page.
- Enable and configure parameters for the field sales order functions.
- Enable and configure the needed functions within the procurement, sales, and inventory capabilities.
- Save the settings and notify the relevant roles to verify.

Changes to basic settings affect the scope of field operations. Validate in a test environment first, then roll out to all users.
Verification
- Log in to the mobile client as the corresponding role and confirm the field sales orders and related procurement, sales, and inventory functions are available.
- Submit a test Van Sales / Order Solicitation order and verify the full process flows.
