Delivery And Shipping
The delivery driver visits stores one by one and confirms Product Shipment and receivables per order.
Overview
💡 With Delivery and Shipping, the delivery driver delivers goods to the store and completes sign-off and collection. Products can be added or removed in-store; the system calculates shipping quantity and receivables by the latest order.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must have the order delivery and shipping permission.

Completion Conditions: Dispatch and Loading is complete and the order is in Pending Delivery status.

Dependency: If Online Collection is enabled, add the collection component to the Sales Order object.
Procedure

In the Order Delivery scenario, visit stores one by one.

Click the Delivery action under the store to view its pending delivery orders.

Confirm shipment of the products and quantities order by order.

If products need to be added or removed in-store, modify the order on site; the system calculates shipping and receivables by the latest order.

Complete shipping and collection confirmation.
Expected results and verification
- The order status updates to Shipped.
- In the delivery plan calendar, the store is marked as completed.
