Dispatch And Loading
Assign solicited orders to the regional driver and schedule delivery by delivery time for fast loading.
Overview
💡 With Dispatch and Loading, the dispatcher matches orders to the driver responsible for the region. The driver loads quickly by the pending delivery order products, reducing misloads and omissions.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must have the order dispatch and loading permission.

Completion Conditions: The warehouse keeper has completed picking and sorting, and the orders are in Pending Loading status.

Dependency: Inventory Management is enabled.
Procedure
- In the Sales Order list, assign the order to the delivery person responsible for that region.
- In the Workstation, click Loading to open the loading page.
- In the loading scenario, the driver loads quickly by the pending delivery order products.
- Confirm loading is complete; the order moves to Pending Delivery status.
- Schedule a delivery time for the order by its delivery time.
Expected results and verification
- The order is bound to the driver and carries a delivery time.
- The driver’s vehicle inventory is loaded with the corresponding pending delivery order products.
- The order status updates to Pending Delivery.
