The warehouse keeper consolidates stock for the solicited orders and generates a Sorting List allocated by store.
Overview
💡 With Picking and Sorting, the warehouse keeper consolidates scattered solicited orders into one stocking batch. A printed stocking list guides fast offline picking; the Sorting List is allocated by store to reduce loading errors.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must have the Sales Order stocking and sorting permission.

Prerequisite configuration: The Order Solicitation Delivery feature is enabled and the salesperson has submitted the solicited orders.

Dependency: Inventory Management is enabled; stocking is constrained by inventory.
Procedure
- Open the Sales Order menu, filter and select in batch the orders to ship; the Print Stocking List and Print Sorting List buttons appear.
- Click Print Stocking List; the system prints a stocking list per warehouse and shows the total quantity to stock for each product.
- Click Print Sorting List; the system prints a Sorting List per store and shows the total quantity to pick for each product.
- Confirm the sorting result and wait for dispatch and loading.
Expected results and verification
- A stocking summary and Sorting List are generated, with goods split by store.
- The related sales order status advances to Pending Loading / Pending Delivery.
- The warehouse keeper can consolidate stocking by order in the Sales Order object.
