In Store Ordering
The salesperson visits the store to solicit the order, records the store order, and triggers downstream delivery fulfillment.
Overview
💡 With In-Store Ordering, the salesperson solicits the order directly while visiting the terminal. After the order is submitted, the warehouse keeper stocks the goods and the delivery driver delivers to the store and collects payment; the salesperson does not wait for shipping.
Before you begin

Role permission: You must have the Order Solicitation Ordering fieldwork action permission.

Prerequisite configuration: The admin has enabled the Order Solicitation Delivery feature in Management > FMCG Business Plugins.

Dependency: The Order Solicitation action has been added to the App home page or to the visit Field Type.
Procedure
- While visiting the account, select Visit Order to open the ordering page.
- Enter the order products and quantities for this order.
- Submit the order; the system generates a sales order and starts the stocking process.
Expected results and verification
- A solicited order appears in the sales order list, with its status set to Pending Stocking.
